Is this good?
You don't want to tell them about you crashing the Apple App Store App during Pre-Orders went live?View attachment 2267491

There is always room for improvement. I would state that updating the shipping information on iPhones is lackluster as we have to hunt down our phones.View attachment 2267491

All I can tell you is ... going from the Verizon website UI to T-Mobile is night and day. Verizon has a lockdown on complicated interface vomit. Everything is incredibly simple and easy to access on T-Mobile. It is an extremely nice change. All the options I used to have to dig for 20 minutes to find before on Verizon are all easily accessible on T-Mobile. Just make sure that T-Mobile has coverage in her area before switching. I didn't realize that T-Mobile actually completely obliterates Verizon in every way for speed and coverage in my area, so it's a nice change. My mom is planning to make the jump from Verizon to T-Mobile this year (later in the year once the 15 comes back into stock). I will have to keep this in mind, since I'm sure my stepdad's phone will be sim locked like this. I really can't stand this carrier BS. All you do is upset customers and ensure that they will never trust you again. It isn't actually a successful retention model.
When I was living in Japan (albeit 15 years ago), the carriers would ensure retention by literally lowering the prices for their customers for every year they stayed with the carrier. So, the discount would just grow over time. Genius idea since it's cheaper to keep a customer than attract a new one.
Okay, well, hold on just one minute…Uhhh it wasn’t that smooth was it? At least I didn’t get that feeling from your posts lol 🫣
Definitely not… no idea what you’re talking about… 😤You don't want to tell them about you crashing the Apple App Store App during Pre-Orders went live?
175So is it still 176 from China back to Seol and then from Seol to here it'll be 175?
We just changed from AT&T to T Mobile a few days ago and so far I completely agree. The customer service (and not just the salesman who sets up your account, I have been talking to standard service and number porting people for several hours over the past few days due to all kinds of AT&T imposed issues) are night and day. Everything with AT&T barely works and it takes at least 90 minutes to get any phone call over with. All I can tell you is ... going from the Verizon website UI to T-Mobile is night and day. I should have added, “Process my preorders faster or else…”There is always room for improvement. I would state that updating the shipping information on iPhones is lackluster as we have to hunt down our phones.
With how well you track this stuff I'm amazed you haven't found a way to hack into the onboard cameras and get us up to date screenshots of our parcels.Should we also notify tcook@apple.com. Maybe he will be interested in tracking our plane with us? Supply Chain Guru

Thank you! It's a work in progress. Eventually one day I will get there. 🤫With how well you track this stuff I'm amazed you haven't found a way to hack into the onboard cameras and get us up to date screenshots of our parcels.

Oh, I know. I've been with T-Mo since it was Voicestream in the year 2000. I only switched to AT&T during the years where the iPhone was locked to Cingular/AT&T. I was a telecom developer in 2000 - 2001, and we all swore by Voicestream/T-Mo. I've been trying to get my mom to switch for ages, and she's finally ready with all the crap they pull. All I can tell you is ... going from the Verizon website UI to T-Mobile is night and day. Yes, I couldn't be happier. Their customer support in store and the reps on the phone actually sound like they love their jobs, lol.We just changed from AT&T to T Mobile a few days ago and so far I completely agree. The data around my house also went from 5-20Mbps on AT&T with sometimes a 5000ms ping, to hitting 200+ with no lag. I’m so glad to be through with them.
She can, she just can't share them publicly 🤫With how well you track this stuff I'm amazed you haven't found a way to hack into the onboard cameras and get us up to date screenshots of our parcels.
The way “You’re going to love it” rolls off @TheYayAreaLiving 🎗️ keyboard, I wouldn’t honestly be surprised either! 🤣Right now, I am questioning whether you're tcook undercover or not 🤣
makes sense. thanks. In my experience, there are two lines. One for preorders, the other for walkups. I’m sure each Apple Store does something similar. And if you secured a time slot, they are not giving your iPhone away, unless lets say you don’t show up for a week or something ridiculous.
