Yes you can use one of your lighting cables like middle to the 5W block like you always do with that adapter @TheYayAreaLiving 🎗️ I am doing same in my mazda since my CarPlay is USB-A wired not wireless (aftermarket from mazda since my 2016 Mazda did not have) I can use my USB-A to lighting cable plugged in to the car with adapter you picture on right

It is still on ZhengZhou, China the KY is just a Customs Update to expect Customs later. Expect your iPhone to start moving today 9/19 tonight in China to ICN and onward just as a Flight plan posts... It may be back to UPS 176 but stay tuned.
