both of our iPhones have been updated to shipped on Apple Store app including the iPhone that is still in ZZ per UPS. Confirmed - it is delayed scans! Waiting for import scans to kick in so the full transcripts will pop up. 🥳🎉

Better news…got a “Shipped” and will arrive tomorrow on my delayed phone. Nothing shows yet in MyChoice or AfterShip but this tells me it’s probably just delayed/missed enroute scans.

Okay never mind I found it. Omg so worried. But my pending charge still dropped. So weird. Says it’s shipped but when I click the link it doesn’t pull anything up.

weh... set up a delivery window of between 12:30 - 2:30 pm when I first got the UPS tracking, it has now changed to this ... bummer

I know it’s just anecdotal, but every year that I’ve picked up at a UPS CC (3 different locations), there haven’t been more than 10 people (usually almost no one) waiting to get their iPhones, and they’ve been very calm and patient.

Same. I'm the only one in there for my phone in a city of a quarter million.

I think you mentioned your pending charge also dropped from your card? Was this the Apple Card? If not, your bank may have denied the charge and you should contact your bank, and apple immediately to try and get the order reinstated if you don't see it in your orders section in the Store App.

So, they are cheating us of a week's worth of coverage. Seems pretty underhanded.

Maybe we are insuring the device before it gets to us for damages etc. in transit.

awesome, thanks for the info! definitely ordering one of these right now from Amazon... surprisingly cheap too, I thought it would be more given the spigen brand.

These are the only ones I buy. I typically keep the same one on for the entire year.
