Almost identical I’m in Florida my delivery date moved to 9/29.

It’s very possible. I was able to return my phone at the store on Monday. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

The pink will be a beautiful 2nd choice and the lighter weight good. I'm sorry the Pro Max didn't work out for you.

I love the pink 15 but was afraid I wouldn't be satisfied after having the 11 Pro Max for so long. I'm loving my white 15 Pro Max but sure do wish they would give us some different colors.

The label for my trade in kit was created on the 21st. There’s been no movement from FedEx since then. Should i be worried? Or contact Apple?

I think they ship both the phone and the trade kit at the same time.

Mine came UPS and has a UPS return label, so be sure to look at your label to see what's needed.

Mine came via FedEx with a FedEx return label.

I've been reading through these threads and I think I maybe the unlucky one. Ordered 15 PM the evening of 9/18 within the apple store app on my iphone with a Nov 7-14 shipping date. I was hoping that would come down as the earlier orders were filled but guess I'll be waiting a while.

I mean, I'm sure you'll move up some, but it still looks to me like they're trying to fulfill the first HOUR of preorders on 9/15... mine just moved to shipped last night, and I was 35 minutes into preorder morning. It's a queue, and you're a few days of orders into it.

Ditto. Phone arrived 22nd by UPS and the trade-in box came Sunday, 24th by FedEx.

Finally returned FW case and exchanged it with a Clay Silicone Case. I think it paired really well with Natural Titanium and it looks beautiful. The Clay Silicone case does not look the same as in the packaging and Apple store. It looks dark gray which I really like.

Everyone who is on the iPhone upgrade program and decisive return the defected iPhone, 15 Pro, Max, and re-purchase will be dealt with this issue. I already spoke to Apple's senior advisor and we’re getting this sorted out by letting you know returning and buying a phone on the iPhone program will cause you this headache

The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.

Originally it was Oct 2nd. Hoping this means it gets moved up, it does seem like I'm on the same pallet/scan sets as the others in this batch that have estimates of Sept 29th. Fingers crossed for Friday but even Monday will be nice.

I received my 15 PM on the 22nd and the return kit yesterday (the 26th). The return box came from Carlisle, PA, which is only 100 miles away from where I live.
