Well, this just happened. The package is 2 lbs and should have both phones in the same box. I pre ordered over the phone on Saturday at 11:40a. My shipping date was 21-24 September. I selected free 2 day air and I’m assuming the package will be delivered to my door on Monday 23 September.
Hoping for a charge today on my JOD 256GB 11 Pro Max Midnight Green. Confirmation email at 8:44a Eastern. At least I will have a Series 5 direct from Apple to play with until my 11PM shows up if it's late.

My guess is you have this to you on Friday if it already has a label created.

It has to be Friday. The 2 day shipping is their standard for preorders and this year they seemed to not even want to sell next day shipping. I’m assuming the vast majority of preorders were placed with the free shipping option, so it would totally defeat the purpose of preordering if the first to order them don’t receive them on launch day. T-Mobile will have a lot of unhappy customers of that happens.
I just find out I won't be working from home Friday due to a change of work plans.

I don’t know about a work address but you can change to pick up at a UPS distribution center(customer care center) without a delay. It will be for you that morning when they open which is usually 8am. I do this every year.
It only delays when they have to rerouted the package. I believe it adds a day.
Same here. Ordered an 11 Green 64GB on EIP with confirmation at 8:07e, and an 11 Pro Max Midnight Green 256GB JOD with confirmation at 8:44e. Only have tracking in UPS for the 11.

When did you place your order? And did your confirmation email show the 20th?
I placed my order on the 13th at about 6:02 am my time zone. 2 minutes after pre orders were suppose to start.
My confirmation email shows 9/20-9/20
Ugh this is killing me. I was one of the first charged, but nothing on My Choice or in my email with shipping information. Still showing pre-order status. C'mon T-Mo!
