Yeah,my card got charged earlier today and I also got text from tmobile about an hour saying “Your Protection360 with AppleCare Services registration is complete”
Just got the Protection 360 notification too! Still no tracking though
Charged last night, and have IMEI numbers for both phones, but only tracking for one.
Just checked my JOD leases and my IMEI is now showing!
Still hopeful mine will be here Friday... lady on the phone screwed me over. Over an hour just to place an order

I think it has to do with sales tax and which phone requires a down payment. I did a trade-in for my mom's phone and there was no sales tax and no down payment, but still required a credit card.
I just called and ordered a 64gb Pro Max Silver and switched to JOD from the EIP which I had for my iPhone XS Max. I wanted to do this to get a lower down payment. It dropped from about $429 with taxes for the XS Max to $195. The rep said my phone will ship by Friday or Saturday. I was surprised because online it says 10/9-10/25.
What does the charge say? Who is it from and what is the amount?

Yeah both phone charges were the same amount. I hope it’s not delayed, my order went thru within 1 minute
I have a hard time checking my JOD on the website on the PC. Since I also have some EIPs too like my Apple Watch. Does anyone else have this issue too?

I know I'm late to the game, but I just ordered an 11 Pro 64 GB Space Gray on EIP this morning. Ship date 9/21-9/24. Not bad for waiting four days after preorders began, I guess.
Don't count on that. I ordered a 64gb 11 Pro Max about 1am this morning and the rep on the phone said it would be shipped this Friday or Saturday but I just received a text message saying it would ship out between October 9-25. I would tend to believe this since it's said these dates on their website since Saturday I believe.
