2 11's (both 64GB; one black one silver) still only shows "pre-ordered" on T-Mo. One was charged on 9/16 and one was charged 9/17. Absolutely no shipping/tracking info whatsoever... not even on UPS MyChoice. Still shows ship by 9/20...

Apple must not have released them to UPS for whatever reason yet. guess they're worried some people get theirs early.
your T-Mobile app looks different from mine... my graph section isn’t a bar graph it’s a line graph. And mine is 95% white... including the graph section. Do you have the latest version of the app?

On my Order Status it says "Kept on Hold" Anyone know what that would mean? Ship date is still 9.21-9.24 but still haven't been charge or have tracking number..
I would call T Mobile man. That usually means they had trouble charging your method of payment for your order. I would call just to be sure.
A lot of us probably don't have tracking because I think Apple and UPS are genuinely backlogged. My Apple Watch Series 5 from them is still "Preparing to Ship" with guaranteed delivery by 9/20.
I got ups tracking yesterday but nothing else. Went into my T-Mobile history and saw I got an updated doc.

Never. Apple doesn’t want anyone to have an iPhone until 9/20 at 8am local time. UPS and FedEx shipped iPhone 6’s early and Apple slapped them HARD.
Well I have a delivery date of 9/19. Don’t get the issue if the phones are already here lol
I doubt they’ll deliver it. You’ll probably get a notification tomorrow that the delivery date changed.
Ended up logging in via safari and was able to check... no imei yet. Tomorrow is Thursday get ready for some action
How to find your IMEI
- Log into your Tmobile account.
- click on Bill at the top
- scroll down and click on Equipment Installment Plans
- scroll down and you should see your preordered iPhone if it's been added.
- click on the newly added phone to see the details and the IMEI number
I actually got my iPhone 4 (AT&T) like 2 or 3 days early. I remember meeting up with my cousin at the Apple store when he was in line waiting to buy his... so I was shooting video... with my iPhone 4... and people were pointing and approaching me... asking to play with my phone. I was shutting people down! LOL!
