They want way too much money down for all of the phones that are not 64 gigs even with trade-ins you still have to put a down payment I’m pretty sure

I don't recall having to pay $250 (excluding tax) for the XS.
The 11 Pro 64 GB added up to $300+ for me.

Ugh! $399 down payment for the 256GB .... if I trade-in in store next week will my credit be applied differently than if I preorder online!?

Last year for my 256 Max EIP I only put down $250 I remember because I just looked at my account and I asked him are you going to do something like that they are like now everything’s gonna be the way it is this year

Really sucks because I always JUMP yearly (and never plan on keeping the device). I'm spending more this year for a lease with a down payment that high.

JOD 128GB iPhone 11 Black ordered. $0 down. Got it done & signed at 750am EDT, lady on phone said they went live at 745am. Claimed I was first to order, somehow don't believe that but okay.

Súper painless through the app. Took all of 2 minutes, silver 256gb $567 after tax but I was paying it off in three months anyway so it’s what I was going to pay anyway.

Got it done easily through 611.

JOD 11 Pro Max 64GB Midnight Green. Required a down payment of $181.99 ($194.73 after taxes). Got free 2nd day air shipping. The agent also said that I may see it by mid-week but we’ll see about that.

I’m also in the highest credit class so I guess that’s as low as the down payments are getting this year. Last year my downpayment was $109 for the XS Max.

Same just Space Gray. Man they always have some crazy commotion going on in the background when calling ha. I called at 5 of and no issues.

What’s the point of a down payment if you don’t own the phone? Mind boggling. It’s a money grab by T-Mobile.

$250 down for the 11 Pro? :/

yah. $259.99. And that’s the well qualified tier! Sux.
But next year this time my daughter’s phone will be paid off so I’m gonna trade in that bad boy and go through Apple so I have no down payment.

Good thing is though, my monthly payment is quite a bit lower than Apple’s.

Yeah the Yuge down payments made me not want to upgrade this year, haha.

It's crazy, for the exact same phone price, last year, I paid $99 down, plus $88 tax. Now, the total is $435 down, albeit lower monthly payment. I wasn't expecting to pay that much down, on just a 64GB device.

Welp guess I was the only one to go into the store lmaoo. I've done upgrades on the phone before but have been put on long holds.. But the store was walking distance so it wasn't terrible. I was considering the max, but the down payment locked me into the pro lol. If I didn't break my x I probably would've skipped this year's upgrade but I've been using a iPhone se for two months n I can't wait to get rid of this

Well JOD is officially a pointless program folks. Decided to just payoff remaining balance of my XS max and be free and clear of any balance tying me down. Feels good honestly. Was going to upgrade just because I could, but for the first time since the original iPhone was released, won’t be doing a preorder on this years model due to there being no compelling reason this year to upgrade (to me).
