Just heard off the record from my Verizon rep, "Due to some logistics issues" all orders shipped via UPS will NOT be delivered 9/16 and only FEDEX will deliver on 9/16 regardless of what tracking on UPS shows. They estimate that UPS should deliver 9/19 for 9/16 orders....anddddd just kidding. Enjoy your day!

So odd. I ordered my iPhone 256gb gold pro late Sunday and was given a 9/20 ship date, but it was shipped today and I was given a tracking number so it seems it may come launch day. I think yours will definitely update within the next day.

It’s likely your phone. But UPS is going to hold it until Friday once it’s scanned. They include the trade in phone package within the box. It’s just bubble padded mailer so it’s light.

FedEx is bringing me something tomorrow and UPS is bringing what I figure is the phone Friday. Both packages from VZ in CA. Only ordered one phone so I’m assuming fedex is bringing the trade material especially since it doesn’t say signature required.

Purple Pro - Shipped via Fedex. Fedex scan in Indianapolis
Purple Pro Max - Shipped Via UPS. Label created but hasn't been scanned by UPS
