I don’t have the best of luck ordering things from Verizon lately, so it’s mostly the Verizon gods that don’t like me….lol

Don't give up. I was in the same boat as you a couple of years ago when I ordered the 12. It seemed like I was the last one to get shipping information. I still ended up getting mine on time. Verizon uses staged warehouses locally. Most of the time you'll get shipping info anywhere from 5-2 days out and still get it on time. If your delivery date hasn't changed I wouldn't worry and you'll get your shipping information soon. :)

256GB Pro Max (Gold) - Shipped, 1.3lbs
256GB Pro (Silver) - Not shipped

No trade-in kit

One interesting point: I’m in Michigan and my origin scan for the PM was in California. Normally my orders come from a closer hub, so I thought that was odd.

Be patient guys. If it says the 16th I will get it the 16th unless there’s delays due to shipping service that is. Prolly won’t see no movement till Thursday

I ordered two phones as well 128 14P, 256 14PM.

My FedEx package is 3 lbs.

I don’t even know which phone shipped. The app says the 14PM as shipped, the website says both, my email shows just the 14P shipped. It’s all confusing.

So, there are different scenarios for people who ordered more than one phone. Some people ordered two (or more) phones in one order and some, like myself, put two separate orders. One order, the one that shipped and in Fedex's hand - Pro Purple 512, trade-in. Declared weight to Fedex - 2lbs.

The second one - Pro 256 Silver - no updates whatsoever

I wonder if anyone who ordered the Pro Pro Max silver shipped or such? Both of my new iPhones are silver and no updates on either phone

Its amazing how this type of thing breeds FOMO. I normally wouldnt care but I fired up my mac rumors account so I can contribute to this thread. I feel like a lemming.

I havent had an iphone since the 6 or 7. Wife went Android with me shortly after that. Spent a few years bouncing between the One Plus, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices. I always upgraded every year and would sell my old device on Swappa or trade into Samsung (They have GENEROUS trade in values).

The whole trade in device on the carrier has always been a scam I stayed away from (credits spread out over 24 months....well now 36 months) until now. I'll explain my thinking in a second. T-Mobile was the first I can remember to do this obvious bait and switch. Which is ironic because they are the ones that really forced VZW and ATT to change their business practices from locking people into phone contracts for 3 years.....which is again ironic because VZW has found a way to keep you for 3 years again.

The wife and I currently have Google Pixel 6 Pro's. Love the phones but lately I've been feeling like coming back to the the empire. Maybe its Android fatigue. Maybe its fomo. My wife has wanted to go back for a while (My son recently went back and my daughter has been a ARDENT iPhone user despite the rest of us on Androids). I said I wouldnt ever entertained it until the ugly notch was design out of the phone. Enter Pill/Digital Island (Whatever its called)........seems like the time is right. The one feature I will miss is the Digital assistant. I've had 3 spam calls actually ring my phone....otherwise the phone screen feature is almost a deal breaker.

Everything in my house is also Google Home/NEST so I'll miss that tight integration.

I decided to do the trade in because VZW was giving me 800 per phone. Thats what I paid for them (tech less sine we traded in our Sammie S21 Ultras. I MAY hold off on my cadence of upgrading every year and give myself a break (and try to get as much of the trade in credit as I'm supposed to) but I do plan on trading in our devices every year or every other year (if the iterative updates are worth it). Since there is only 1 iPhone the need to upgrade maybe lessened (like bouncing back and forth between Samsung and Google).

I ordered 1 Gold IPMP 256Gb and 1 DP IPMP 256Gb on 09/09. The acknowledgement in my email says est deliver is the 16th for the Gold and the 20th for the Purple. When I check online it still shows "delivery date will be updated soon". That hasn't changed. This is my first time ordering a launch phone via VZW.

The FOMO is real. I'm like a kid a week before christmas. I have a case and screen protector ready to go and its just made the wait even more "fomo"-ish. I hope the date on the original emailed reciept stands.

It does look like color / model are differentiating factors here, regardless of who placed an order first. Lots of reports of Purple ones that already shipped, haven't seen much on Silver ones.

They are either doing it one color / model at a time or, which is more likely, don't have a stock ready for all models, so some models will start moving closer to the date.

Anyone found a good clear case for the Pro that has magsafe and a kickstand?

Specific to the thread, I did receive confirmed shipment so do have movement on my phone finally. At least systematic movement.

I placed two separate orders. Location code the same though. I am thinking I have both my phones in the same box…

I placed PM silver 256 and haven't seen any movement yet. I placed my order and got my email at 7:08 CST

Location code is the same, yes. However, the phone that has actually shipped has "Equipment Purchase" and "Device Payment Agreement" documents in your billing document section, it also has IMEI number on the order page AND if you look at the device list, the line with shipped device doesn't show "Upgrade available" option anymore.

Just based on that, I think they only shipped one to date.
