Before I went to work at 9am, I left a UPS signed signature release form. Got home at 2pm and still there. Door bell rang 5 minutes ago. Got the phone now!! Weee I feel like its CHRISTMAS!!!!
Me too. Just now she told me today iphone will be delivered & watch 10/31. I’ve asked hundred of times if I need to cancel and order separately. I was told that they won’t hold my phone “hostage”. Just some these people are rude
They do, but with 36 you aren't getting as much of the installment credits if you do early
So new hiccup. Was scheduled for delivery today. I live in an apartment building that uses a package locker system. I got notification that both my Apple Watch Series 8, and my iPhone 14 Pro Max were delivered (in separate lockers). Got to the lockers, Apple Watch was in its locker, there was nothing in the locker for my iPhone. Immediate thought was someone stole it. Apparently there's an issue with the address, so UPS didn't actually deliver the package. -____-
I have the subscription as well and the only option I got for mine is to have it delivered to a neighbors house, even on the website. Is there a whole other menu or area of the site these request get put in?
Would have loved to have picked mine up this morning as I’m not sure if I’ll be around when they deliver later today.

Online there should have been an option to have it held at a Customer Center access point. At the bottom of the locations, was my CC (customer center)
I'm canceling my order with Verizon, decided to go with T-Mobile instead. They were offering $1k toward the Pro as well, but over 24 months instead of 36, their plan is slightly cheaper than Verizon's after taxes and fees are added to the latter, and their speeds here are way way faster than Verizon's. Plus the T-Mobile near me had a black 256 gb pro in stock so I'm transferring now.

I got mine around noon. I was looking for the live map but according to UPS they had to stop. We just can't have nice things for folks that abuse it. Drivers said folks would interrupt their route trying to get the pkg. and would even track them to their lunch break and try to get the pkg.
Those of you who are trading in a device did you get the information to do so in the box? I just got the phone no other info was in the box except the set up instructions from Verizon.
I did. I got a bubble mailer to put the phone in to return, a shipping label to put on the box and instructions for returning/phone reset.
My UPS driver drove right past my house, then an hour or so later he dropped it off; spooked me for a sec lol. Freaking loving this purple and I always get black. Biggest reason I was upgrading early from the 12 Pro Max was to get almost 8 times the storage, I need the space! Happy iPhone Day!
Had a fun afternoon, my mom had car trouble and I had to go rescue her before my phone was delivered. Thankfully, my mom is totally fine and I was able to have my neighbor grab my phone from the UPS driver. It came about 10 minutes after I left at 3pm. My ordering experience was pretty uneventful, so I should've known something crazy would happen. 😅😅
Trying to move my data from my pixel to my iPhone has been the single most frustrating experience I've had performing something like this ever.
Reminds me about some of the things that annoy me about apple (if its not apple to apple you can literally eff off).
I had to find a version of the move to IOS app that is a few revisions older get it to even start moving data over.
And dont even get me started about the Recovery process for my icloud account.
