Does anyone know which verizon plan is qualify for max credit ?
According to Apple:

I assume the plans don’t change even if the phone you purchase/trade in do. Looked like essentially anything other than Unlimited Welcome or the 5G Start plan qualifies for the higher trade in offers.

We finally settled on trading both iPhone 12s in for iPhone 15 Plus (one blue and one green). Passing our current iPhone 13s down to the kids.

Already have cases and screen protectors ordered.

I’ll be trading in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 15 Pro. The upgrade is defiantly worth it. Ive never been one to upgrade every year so the 36 month option works for me. My biggest challenge is if I want the Pro 6.1 screen like I have now or the Pro 6.7. I don’t do much on my phone besides watch TikTok, play Monopoly Go, and use the camera to capture my dogs.

So I switched to Verizon back in 2022. I got Two $500 gift cards for bringing two phones. Currently using 13 pro max. I’m assuming I’ll have to go through the Verizon site to order the iPhone 15 pro max ? Anyone know if I can use both gift cards for one order ? I’m also torn between black and natural. Leaning towards the black one. Haven’t had black iPhone since the iPhone 5

Verizon website still shows full payoff amount on my iphone 14 PM instead of the pay 50%, then return & upgrade ...
Looks like I’m now forced to preorder from the apple store this year after preordering from verizon 4 consecutive years 🙈…

Hi y'all. Ordering from Apple, but my carrier is Verizon. Looking forward to following along on this thread, in addition to the Apple thread 😊

In that case, the Pro Max would give you the ability to capture your dogs zoomed in optically 5x.

Plus, TikTok videos would be .6 bigger.

BOOM! Challenge accepted and completed! ;)

When can one expect to see display models in the Apple Store?
Typically, are they going to be there by the pre-order date, sooner, or later?

Do you mean like use a Apple Card or Apple’s payment plan for Verizon?
When we got our 13's, we did the 24-month bill credits with Verizon, which worked out great. We usually upgrade every 2-years, so the timing always worked out, but those extra 12-months seems unnecessary even though I have no plans of leaving Verizon. I was thinking of holding off until next year, but obviously the trade in for a 13 goes down with each new model released. I saw some good advice of going to the Apple store if we were to use the bill credits, and may lean that way for my kids phones, but will wait until they get back during Thanksgiving break.

you absolutely can homie. just gotta order it thru apple.com and select carrier financing through there.

Edit: Added screenshot where you can see the breakdown when you go through adding to cart on their site.
Does the instant trade in credit get applied to the bill? Or is it some sort of cash/gift card?

My understanding is that you finance the amount between the cost of a new iPhone 15/15 Pro - your trade in with the amount financed being the remainder owe. Then each month Verizon will give you in bill credit the difference between your trade-in value and the $800 promo spread over 36 months.

Example trade of a 12 Pro to 15 Pro: $999 - $360 trade = $639 financed
$800 promo - $360 trade = $440 bill credit spread over 36 months
Monthly bill is roughly $6 for the iphone 15 pro over 3 years.

If you pay off early, you lose any remaining bill credits and have to pay the owed balance.

I think I got that right, but someone correct me if I’m mistaken.

I would assume you would have to preorder through the Verizon site since you using your gift card. Have you tried to make a dummy order now and see if you can use both gift cards in one order?

I’m doing the same thing. Apple’s trade in value compared to Decluttr is low, so I’m selling my 14PM to Decluttr for $850.

I’m going to assume that Verizon will be sticking to the 36 month bill credit for the time being. That timing sucks for those who upgrade every 2 years.

I’m trying to “get ready for preorder” using the Verizon payment plan on the Apple Store app but after I make all the selections, the continue button is greyed out and it doesn’t let me proceed. Anyone facing the same issue and know what to do? Thanks!

I shouldn't complain because I basically got a free iPhone by trading in the 11 for the 13, and have no intent on leaving Verizon. Worst case scenario is that I sign up for the 36-month bill credit, and I can always pay early right (but lose the remaining bill credits those last months after I pay in full)? I haven't done any of the math or dummy orders, but I'm assuming that I would pay less than $200 if I wanted to pay it off early to upgrade in 2-years time.

Same - I’m guessing there is something not quite ready on the Verizon. When I chatted with Verizon today they claimed the iPhone 15/15 Pro promotions have not been published yet so maybe Apple jumped the gun with publishing the promo maybe?

Same issue here when selecting Verizon financing. I wonder if the "preorder" only works when buying from Apple by paying in full or going through Apple financing. I guess it's their little incentive to go through them to get that guarantee on release day.
