Any idea what they have offered in the past on opening day? They are offering me $700 for my iPhone 12 Pro right now, but that's for a 14 Pro... not a 15 obviously.Looking forward to seeing what Verizon’s offers are.

Yes if you decide to upgrade before the 36 months is up, you will lose any remaining bill credits and have to pay the remaining balance.I shouldn't complain because I basically got a free iPhone by trading in the 11 for the 13, and have no intent on leaving Verizon. Worst case scenario is that I sign up for the 36-month bill credit, and I can always pay early right (but lose the remaining bill credits those last months after I pay in full)? I haven't done any of the math or dummy orders, but I'm assuming that I would pay less than $200 if I wanted to pay it off early to upgrade in 2-years time.
Fingers crossed they do for you.Still wondering if Verizon will offer the 1TB 15PM like they did for the 14PM?
Thank you. I wish I had a second job at Apple. I just want to help those with Verizon who are upgrading.OP you are on it!! You posted this information quickly and neatly. You must be employed by this site or Apple!
I will only watch this launch and not buy unless Verizon (my 14 Pro Max is on a payment plan) offers an irresistible trade-up deal. However, I seriously doubt that will happen. Besides, gotta save my coins for Vision Pro!
Thanks for that info much appreciate it .I‘m still updating the thread with more info now and an easier way to see the differences.
Yes you should be able to. I was trying to avoid mailing my trade-in, so I’m going to sell mine through Decluttr for $850 instead. So if you order through Apple and get the Verizon promo with trade-in, can you do an in-store pick up at an Apple Store and get instant credit off of the price of the new iPhone? In other words avoid the delays and potential issues with trade-ins through mail?
I’m with Verizon now but if AT&T has a better deal I might switch , also AT&T has been doing network updates in my area.Thank you. I wish I had a second job at Apple. I just want to help those with Verizon who are upgrading.
$35Does anyone know what Verizon changes for the upgrade fee?
What are the stipulations if you return the device and pay the $214? Are you able to upgrade then?Need advice on how to upgrade to a iPhone 15 Pro. I’m on Verizon with only 12 months into my 36 month payment plan on my iPhone 14.
The options Verizon has are:
Pay off your device's remaining balance of $764. This will make this device eligible for trade-in.
Pay $214 and return your device.
You'll pay 50% of device's balance and return it in good condition.
What’s the best option? What about via Apple directly?
Verizon really screwed those of us on the iPhone every year program when they went to the 36 month payment plans. I'm in the same boat but owe $180 towards the 50% balance.Need advice on how to upgrade to a iPhone 15 Pro. I’m on Verizon with only 12 months into my 36 month payment plan on my iPhone 14.

Yes that sucks. They need to change that plan. Would you be willing to pay the remaining balance to bring you to 50% so that you can upgrade?Verizon really screwed those of us on the iPhone every year program when they went to the 36 month payment plans. I'm thinking about it.Yes that sucks. They need to change that plan. Would you be willing to pay the remaining balance to bring you to 50% so that you can upgrade?
Yes then I can upgrade. Just wanted to see if there’s a better way to upgrade? What if I buy the phone and trade it in?What are the stipulations if you return the device and pay the $214? Are you able to upgrade then?
Me personally, I would rather pay the remaining balance to bring it to 50% to upgrade vs paying off the device and trading it in.Yes then I can upgrade. Just wanted to see if there’s a better way to upgrade? What if I buy the phone and trade it in?
It depended on the size and color. The popular colors in the popular sizes didn't last long. I remember canceling my order and re-ordering a far less popular color and size because the estimated shipping date was weeks down the road for the popular colors and sizes. When I re-ordered the less popular one, it shipped immediately. How long did it take Verizon last year to sell out of pre orders for the 14PM?
I do remember that happening last year and a few people did what you did.It depended on the size and color. The popular colors in the popular sizes didn't last long. I would reach out to a rep right now and see what they say. They just may continue their past practice when trading in a device.Wondering if Verizon will take a phone in any condition as they have in the past, or if they want pristine?
Will be trading my daughter's 12 Max and noticed last night she has a hairline crack in the back.......
I will be buying my phone through Apple. I know they want no issues with trade-in. Would buy hers through Verizon if they do the "any condition" thing....
