So our situation is a little different than most probably on here. We still owe on our old devices, but we know the manager personally at the store we ordered ours from. He set them to go directly to the store, and said that we can pay off the old devices and upgrade all in the same shot, so that’s what we are planning to do once the Max comes in. My wife ordered a regular 15 which we got an email and tracking on that confirmed it’s already there and ready to be picked up, but there has been nothing at all on the pro max, just that in the email that remaining items will be shipped once available. So I wonder if because of how we did it, that’s why we’re not getting any notifications at all, or if something got borked along the way.
