Same. We got an email on 9/19 when we placed the order for mine and my wife’s 15 in pink. That’s the only only thing I’ve received at all in regards to the order, and then the follow up email with her phones tracking number letting us know her phone had arrived and then rest of items would ship when available. Estimates delivery date was set at 10/6 and we haven’t heard anything further, lol. Just bizarre.
Usually when they accept “any” phone for a 1k promo it’s usually for new lines. You could get a loyalty offer but that will tell you what kind of devices they’re looking for. But usually when it comes to accepting “any “ trade in it might be for new lines only. Not 100%. Their website may have a device list when you put together a cart you can usually see what devices are accepted. Best of luck to you.

I just got confirmation 5 minutes ago that the order has shipped! Definitely was not expecting to get the email but this was a very pleasant surprise. Sounds like 10/6 might happen after all. Fingers crossed you all should hear something soon. 🤞

Thank you! It’s being shipped directly to my local Verizon store so I don’t have to be home to sign for it. I hope everyone else gets theirs soon as well, the dealing with Verizon and being left in the dark has been a challenge. 256 gig Blue Titanium Pro Max. I thought about doing the 512 gigs but didn’t think I’d ever use that much. Probably would have gotten it sooner, though. It had an ETA of 9/29.

Not on the first two pictures, and nowhere in the fine print. On the third pic, there was no total at all. Once I selected iPhone 4 from the list, the $1,000 appears.
It is very clearly stating any model iPhone will get you a free iPhone 15 Pro.
And you’re adding a new line of service? If so someone in the Verizon support chat should be able to place the order for you and make sure it’s the 1k order. The only restrictions on that promo is you have to be adding a line.
Did you use Apple Pay by any chance? I’m October 13th as well for white pro max. Placed the order on the 25th. So looks like they have some stock now.
I may have used Apple Pay so maybe that’s why I had to update payment tonight. I’ll be checking my UPS and FEDEX apps to see if a new tracking number shows up.

Convinced my bestie to order the 15 Pro Max! She did it through Verizon this evening. She chose white titanium, I’m not sure what storage size. But her estimated delivery date is November 17th.
November, ouch! hope she gets it sooner. Might be worth checking out Best Buy if they can get it earlier or even local stores.
White seems to be the hottest color this year with the longest back orders. Hopefully she will get it sooner, I would imagine with Apple ramping up production on the devices that is a safe estimate and it will come before then.
Yeah! It's quite strange because in real life white seems to be the hottest color but on the tech community/online it is rarely mentioned. But the stock levels don't lie.
I would bet it’s immensely popular with the female crowd. My current 13 pro is silver and while I liked it, I would have rather gotten graphite in retrospect. That’s why I went with the blue, reminded me so much of the pacific blue I loved on the 12 pro series.
