Which iPhone 15 variant will you be pre-ordering?

I’m optimistic. I see people posting everywhere that theirs are coming in earlier than expected so I’m still choosing to believe that Verizon will surprise me by end of week, lol.

Basically this meme, lol but since Verizon screwed up my order five times, I'm not holding for hope.

I have a 15 Pro order that still hasn’t shipped from last week. But ordered a 15 in the morning and that just shipped, coming Wednesday. Strange the Pro models are moving so slow.

yep, thats definitely true. it's kind of strange the shipping days on Apple has shifted to November and wonder if Verizon is also having lack of supplies. Anyways, hopefully people will get their phones soon.

Apple has been known to artificially shortage their shipments to drive more demand for their products. Like I said before, If I don't see a tracking number by the 13th - I will be taking my issue to a Verizon store where they are best suited to handle my order.

I’ve seen that claim on Reddit or somewhere. But something that doesn’t make sense is why. Apple surely wants to sell more phones and hit their quarterly #, but artificially shorting why? The demand is already there and making the phone not available will just make it hurt them in this market when people aren’t willing to wait. Specially for the upgrades, if it’s not there, people will just stick with their existing phone and forget.

To make people want more and also to make sure they maximize their profits for the quarterly report so they can report to the shareholders.

It’s a tactic that both Sony and Nintendo both use and look at them now. #1 and #2 best selling consoles. Clearly it’s a tactic that’s working out great for them.

True, but at the same time if they aren't selling much due to shorting doesn't that mean no profits for them? At the end of the day, they need to sell units to get $.

Because they want to drive demand for long term past the inital quarter.

I ordered a 256gb Pro Max on the 16th via Live Chat on the Verizon website with an estimated delivered day of Oct 6th. It was delivered today, I got the shipping notification on Friday.

Oh me too! And the kicker my pending charge from Verizon dropped off my Apple Card. Yuh prolly gonna get a failed payment but I hope not. 😐. Tell me when you get charged.
My fourth order did get a failed payment hence why the fifth try you saw yesterday.

still awaiting shipping update, ordered on 9/19 stuck on ordered confirmed with est delivery of 10/6 but that's all.

Yep, same here. I’ve never checked for updates on something so much in my life, lol. It’s like Christmas Day waiting for the confirmation that a tracking number has been assigned and it’s shipped. 😂

I have delivery date 10/6 and no movement also, 256gb PM NTi, ordered 9/19.

I'm so tempted to just cancel and order with apple for in-store pick up, but not sure if Apple has access with my loyalty offer from verizon. I have several apple store near me that sometimes have restocks at around 11A-5P.

Same boat Verizon gave me an awesome loyalty offer. I cancelled my Apple order and went with Verizon. When I ordered it said ships the 29th the next morning it was ships by the 10/6. By that afternoon it was ships on 10/13. I also paid Apple Pay which can be a problem as well.

I don’t think they have the loyalty offers in the Apple Store so I think you’re stuck with Verizon I could be wrong but that’s why I came back and placed an order with Verizon and cancelled my Apple order.

Best of luck to you!

I wonder why some people have ship date and some have deliver date? Mine only shows "Estimated to deliver on Oct 06."
