If it's "faulty" you can exchange it or refund it no other questions asked. Very is fine, they don't test before they issue a refund or exchange. The devices just simply go back to the supplier. It's a none issue.

This is NOT about faulty
goods its about the fact that very have:

• an 'open box policy'

• okay so what happens when I
open the box like I do on Christmas Day - get excited.

• well there is a every so slight problem here

• What? pray tell?

• Well if you open the box and your not happy you cant return tht iPhone due to verys very very very very very very unreasonable T&C returns 'open box' policy

• What so if there is someting I'm not happy with I'm stuck with it just to save thirty quid on a seven hunded ound ouy lay.

• Yes sorry to say.

You realise this is all simply untrue? Whatever they state in their T&C's, they can not contravene consumer law. In the UK, the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 ensure that customers are allowed to open and handle items purchased online as though they would in a shop and have a legal right to return such items within 14 days of purchase. The only exceptions are custom items and software.

Correct
"The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop."

However I would be very wary of a company that simple goes against the above info

JLP
APPLE
AMAZON

Would never MISLEAD as very.co.uk T&C DO mislead in a very very very unbusiness like way.

The iPhone might not meet your expectations you should have the RIGHT to return item if not 100% happy (within say 14 days) you need to be totally happy you cant gaurantee that with the Speke, Liverpool based Very.co.uk with their owners living in a castle on an Island off Guernsey avoiding tax.
ps
nothing against the twins fair play they have done well in life - maybe by the way they do business.

Cheers for your words of wisdom ;)

I have no problem with very on under £10.00 items
I was born in Liverpool and am
proud of that. Very are great for the Merseyside economy.
My Beef as you call it (not an expression I would use) is their once box opened its "No Way Jose" to returns (assuming no fault) I feel that is wrong.
Folk need time with this sort of money to really make sure this is a good investment.
Q: What makes this deal so much better than going direct to apple (when they have stock)
how much are you saving.
If I wasn't holding out till June'17 despite being due an upgrade)
I'd go for the matte black 256GB 7 and happy to wait a month.
What would I get price wise from very with my dream 2016 iPhone 7 (we all know what I'd get return policy wise if not 100% happy) but lets move on from that its getting boring.
ps
with regard to your perfect research comment.I was lucky enough to watch Neil and Buzz live but research can come at a cost-
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_1 400,000 people were involved inthat research.

Why don't you troll your way on to some other thread...I've heard of having a chip of your shoulder, but you must have the entire fish, chip and mushy peas... And maybe a side of curry sauce....

I am simply explaining very.co.uk
have a "Quibble" return policy.
Why do you think I have "a chip on my shoulder" because I'm giving what I and which.co.uk believe is sound advise?

Frankly who gives a s**t what your advice is?? Do you have some sort of mystical power in the arts of online retailers? I'm sure you just read some reviews and then spout the negative s**t, but each to his own is suppose... Oh and stop mentioning the fact your from Liverpool... Its a bit secondhand :)
