Lucky you. My order status has not changed at all so looks like its not happening. I called the customer service number last night at 22:50 and the person there was clueless too. Really no point in contacting them at all.Their customer service reps really are clueless! They know NOTHING and can't tell you anything useful because they can only see the same info on you account that you can see.

Royal Mail tracking is sitting at "check back later" - so they haven't picked it up yet.my very tracking still says just dispatched, and its been in my hand since half nine this morning. what about the royal mail tracking? x

If stock wasn't so hard to come by I would cancel too. Contacted them by chat again and they are passing the details over to their "Trace Specialists team". Should hear back on Monday. Let's see what happens. I'm going to keep the order open and if Apple have the model I'm after in stock before my holiday I can get it from them and cancel the Very order. If I keep it with very, I will be complaining and not going to give up till they give me a discount on my order. They should have kept me updated if they cannot supply on a promised time, not acceptable to hear nothing but promises it will arrive on time, especially when it wasn't even dispatched.Mine did that after they promised me it was coming, but it didn't :-(
So i cancelled in the end, as i didn't trust them.

I've never used a case on my phone! Too nice to cover, I have it in a sleeve while it's in my pocket.
Check your CC pending transactions, I did and cost of phones was no longer being charged against it, so that was the biggest tell tail sign for me for things going south.
