Viber problems

Hi!I have a problem with my viber messages.I doesn't appear in my conversation.I can just read my message when it pops up but when I open it in the app nothings show up.please help!

problem with viber messages

I have an iPhone 3.1.3 and installed viber on it in March 2012. I managed to get messages fine until the beginning of January this year. Now I get the tone call for an incoming message but I don't receive any message. Can anyone help? thanks, Sandy

Please make sure that this is not a network-related issue.

Please reboot your phone, and test Viber when connecting to a few different WiFi networks.
 
Ipod Touch Downloading Pictures Problem

I have an Ipod Touch 4th gen with upto date software and viber works perfectly except for one thing, it cannot download pictures being sent to me. the pictures though can be seen in the messaging screen but when i want to view it it just keeps on loading forever. im using a 3g network and im in philippines. pleasee help me!
 
Hi, I am in Australia and can't access my photos on viber msg on my iPhone 5. It's say I have to go and change my privacy setting, which I don't see where I could do that. There is setting but is not helpful. Can u tell me how I can attach photos on viber msg, thanks

Please note that Viber does not officially support iPods, and this may be the source of the problem. In the future we plan to introduce a version of Viber officially compatible with iPods.

Go to your iPhone's settings --> Privacy --> Photos --> there, enable Viber.

Versions change, and it could be that certain characteristics in new versions collided with iPod's settings.

We plan to release a major new update soon. When it's available, you can try it again and see if it works.
 
Group

Hello,
Could you please tell me, if it possible to delete group that I've created?
If accidentialy leave the group is it possible to came back and delete? Or at least stop conversation?

Please help. I'm using iphone 5. I am unable to download the photo but I can see it in conversation window (thumbnail). I have tried reinstalling viber several times but no luck. Please Help. Thanks.

I guess me and @paullopez are having the same issue.

Known issue with apple devices maybe?

Hi,
If you created a group, but then you left it, then someone else becomes the group moderator. You'll have to ask people who are still in the group to delete the group - unfortunately you won't be able to do it after you've already left.

This is a known issue for some of our users, and we plan to resolve it in our upcoming update Viber 3.0 (coming soon). We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

This. Pic messages were working before and now I can only see thumbnails but not the full pic. It just loads forever.

My wife and I both have an iPhone 5 with the latest OS patches.

A major new update of Viber is about to be released soon. When it's available, please test this issue again and let me know if the problem persists.

An official iPad app is certainly planned. Meanwhile, Viber should still (overall) work on iPads.
 
do we still have to keep viber open in the background for it to function??

i have a jailbroken device and need to respring on occasion - and i always have to concern myself with viber because of that message i once received complaining about being shut down.


is this fixed?

Viber can work even when it's not running in the background (thanks to the Push Notifications mechanism), but we recommend to keep it running in the background for better functionality.
 
Since the latest update I cannot send pictures from my photo gallery. It says to change privacy settings. I feel silly because I just can't figure it out! Please help, thank you!
 
Sending a photo

Mu friend started to have issue in sending a photo sing she upgraded to 3.0. Using ipod touch. She cannot access her gallery existing photo anymore. Getting message to change in privacy settings but nothing is in there. Please help. Thanks.
