For the Canadians out there what shipping method is UPS using for you? Mine is "Express" which should be 1-3 Business days based on UPS's website if I'm reading right. I don't have the estimated shipping date from UPS yet though, just Billing Information Received.

yeah I've pretty much used 3 computers in my life: a windows 95 pentium 166, and windows 98 pentium III and this Mac (apart from at work).
Having such an awesome computer is going to be insane!
I'm waiting for the apple tablet to be released before I decide which portable to replace my PowerBook when it shows signs of dying.
Still going strong for now though!
I got Express as well. UPS received my iMac on Nov 11 and the last update I have is a departure scan out of Louisville. I don't have an estimated delivery date either. I spoke with two UPS agents yesterday and they both seemed pretty confident that my iMac would arrive on Monday. I'm starting to get somewhat skeptical about that claim based on other peoples' experiences, but my fingers are crossed anyways
12 hours later, and still no change....My order W9142xxxx was placed on Oct. 28 for a 27"/i5/4GB/Num-KB/Eng-Doks, still has the following status:
Not yet shipped
Ships: November
Other people who ordered i5 or i7 later, seem to be receiving theirs...
I'm also receiving Express service. Received by UPS on Nov. 13 (1 a.m.), and supposedly arriving on Nov. 17, but considering that it's only just changed to Export Scan status after more than 36 hours on Origin Scan status, I'm skeptical.

As stated in this thread over and and over again, it usually is about 24 hours. However, it being a weekend, I doubt you will see anything ship out on Sunday.
Quad cores are now shipping 7-10 business days instead of "November"

OOh goody - looks like they're getting through most of the October orders now and are into the early November orders. Should be another week for me at most hopefully

Well that is just plain annoying, and indicates poor excuse giving by Apple. If they are telling me that mine hasnt been built because there are no video cards, how are they getting stocked in stores? Or are they short of video cards because they are filling up US stores? Eitherway it is quite frustrating for us who have ordered online..
The Australian Apple website says that the quads will now ship in 7-10 business days which is the end of the month, early December which is what they tell me is likely for my i5 which was ordered on the 31st October....If people order one now and get it when i ordered mine (or before) the only valid reason would be if they were not being built, or not sent in order of people placing the order... Grrr

I would be very very skeptical. Mine hasn't even left Shanghai yet and it was picked up on Nov 11. I thought it left yesturday on flight UPS81 but it just received a second departure scan 20 minutes ago. It's supposed to be at my door on Wednesday. I'm not optimistic.

Thats an I5 yeah? (it has the same code as mine) i ordered on the 31st november, and you ordered a week after and mine is "still not shipped" something strange is going on..
