i finally received my i7 yesterday and for all the people still waiting i can say the wait is defiantly worth it.... im rapped with my new toy hope you guys get yours soon.

Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't seem likely given those times. The flight left at 10:26pm Shanghai time, and our last In Transit scan was at 10:43pm.

The flight left at 9:28 pm which is exactly the time of the second to last scan. I suspect that the following scan is operational of sorts. Someone elses tracking from two days ago did the same thing, second to last scan was take off time. We will know soon at any rate.

Update: WHOOO HOOO!!!

I see, you're right about the take-off time. If you're right (and it seems that you are) that the second to last scan is the take off time, it appears I'm on this flight that lands in 30 minutes:

It took off at 10:03pm, my second-to-last scan.

anyone now a website to track flights in Europe

my last scan was in Warsaw and trying to see what flights are likely to leave which might be a UPS plane but not having much luck :(

Mine is almost the same as both of yours. I hope it comes tomorrow. I took the day off work.Shipment Travel History Help Select time zone: Select time format: 12H | 24H

Tomorrow isnt looking to good for us. I called 800-455-4588 which is FedExs International Priority Tracking number. Spoke with someone who was not only friendly but helpful. Rare!
She informed me that my package missed the flight but there are more flights throughout the day. She said customs is open all night, so if it does get to customs by sometime tonight, it should make it home tomorrow. Doubtful in my opinion.
She told me to call that number in the morning and speak directly with her and she can tell me if it will get to my door tomorrow or the next day.

Needless to say, if you are getting your iMac from FedEx, give that 800 number a call.

***EDIT: I just checked it again and now it shows in ANCHORAGE, AK. So maybe the person didnt know what they were talking about.

I'm in the same boat with the "in transit" in shanghai. Judging by what i've seen on other people's shipping logs, I'm guessing our iMacs are on the plane to Alaska and should be touching down sometime within the next hour or two. 11ish Alaska time. :)

Lisa......you called it pretty close.

My order showed it just touched down in Alaska about noon.:D:D:D:D:D

Still a long way from Texas, but delivery is scheduled before 10:30 am tomorrow.:D:D:D:D:D

Does anyone know if they put it on another plane from Alaska or is it now trucked to the US? Im thinking Plane, right? Tomorrow is looking better and better!

plane from Alaska, dude,,its already deep winter there now, so trucks would take weeks to get to the lower 48...

Mine shows as being in Anchorage. I am in California, so our little or I should say big babies will most likely be taking different routes from here. Can't wait to get it. I have been without a Mac for close to 6 months. PC's with vista just suck. :D

well, main FEDEX hub is in Memphis; I dont know if all boxes from Alaska have to go there first, or, if they use regional centers from there..
my 2 imacs are supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but, since they just got to Alaska at 3pm today, its not likely they will get here to Chicago that fast..

For those who had their macs ship on the 11/12 Nov...

Mine has just hit "UK DISTRIBUTION CENTER"

May get it here for the weekend....lol then again....

Same. I have it from a friend that it takes a while for the tracking number to become a real tracking number. It is probably a TNT number. Mine doesn't work yet. Jumping the gun a bit thanks to the Delivery Status Dashboard widget I think!

The TNT Depot is next to DC... they have to send mine down to Stanstead then across to Suffolk so anything could happen. In the past once TNT have the billing Info you can use the 81 number on TNT Int tracking using it as a ref number

Same here-no change to delivery date of Friday 20th & 'tracking number' is the same as the delivery number so we still cannot track it! This is absolute cobblers-Apple really do need to get their act together.
There is a discussion that says delivery from UKDC is 24 hours BUT we still don't know for sure http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2236499&start=15&tstart=0

The iMacs I got last week, showed around the same time as tonight and were delivered the following morning at 11am but it will depend how busy the DC and TNT are...

Mine was shipped on the 11th and now I have a UPS tracking number (1Zxxxxxx). On the UPS tracking site this now shows it as In Transit, with a departure scan from Tamworth at 10:34pm this evening. Due to arrive on the 18th. My original estimated delivery date was the 20th.

About another hour or so.

This is so exciting. My status has also gone to "Int'l shipment release". So how do we find out what plane our babies are getting on? I feel like taking a trip to O'Hare and welcoming mine home! :D

At last UPS have said my new iMac will be here tomorrow......

And at last, chance to re-sync all the music that 3.0 wiped off my Apple TV :)

Order Placed Oct 20th
iMac 27" i7 2TB 8GB
Shipped 11th Nov
And delivered ( fingers crossed 18th Nov)
