I am new to this thread and finally took the plunge on getting the Apple Watch. I am no where near any of you. However with time I am sure I will get there. I also had a rough week and missed a day but this week I plan on improving my steps. I normally focus on calories burned
If you are staring at an average of over 10k a day then that is a great start.New to the Apple Watch club! Not that great this week, but it will get better now that I'm going to start being more active.
