Don't worry - that should come down this week...
You say that every week and yet you contain to embarrass me. May have to have you and iGeek2014 banned if you'll don't conform and let ME win.:D

Just a little OT brag. I upped my VO2 Max Garmin estimate to 54. I have been up to 55 once a couple of years ago but it only lasted for a few days (maybe 3 runs).

:D:D ok ok, my most humble apologies - it's your thread Julien, but you know how it is, when you get into the zone, you just gotta keep it going. I promise my score will be lower this week ;) Yes iGeek2014 had a great score, very impressive.

You are in the superior zone (who would have thought it :D:D)- congratulations - keep it going Julien :).

All the Best

OK - Is it alright to cash in a day early? - As you can see by the screen shots I have been cutting back throughout the week; so you can have the chance of the win bonus :D:D

You might have to meet me half way on this - can you crack out an extra couple of miles a day to help me out here :D:D

All the Best

After my first week with my new watch, I have to say:
Steps Count may be right, but distance is poor nonsense.
In the last 2 years I walked pretty much, controlled by two different apps (Stepz and iSmoothRun) and I found out that my average step length varies between 55 cm and 62 cm.
Apple watch shows me 80cm and more.
This is totally false.
So the distance shown in the watch is useless for me.

And btw: for sitting the whole day in front of my mac and laying in bed in the evening I got:
Jey...you have stood 12 hours.
WTF??

You say you only had a week. Have you calibrated it yet? If not you stride length would just be an average for you hight, sex, weight and age. How to calibrate: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204516

As for standing all you have to do is be actively standing for 1 minute in each hour to get credit. Also if seated and you drop and swing your arm you can get a false credit since this looks like walking to the algorithms.

Also post your weekly total screen shot in this thread.

Sorry for not posting the pic first.

And thanks for your advice: I really haven´t calibrated my watch.
Will do this when I´m fit again after 1 week hospital two weeks ago.

As I said: 47,87 is way too much.

Also where is BenAigen fake weekly totals or did you sit on the couch all day Sunday?

Here we are - after my Sunday on the couch watching the FA Cup 5th Round (soccer) my updated fake news (all the rage in USA at the moment:D:D)

I took my foot (or feet) off the peddle so you could try to catch me up :D:D.

Back to normal again this week then ;);)

Haha. I wouldn't even know where to start with Adobe Photoshop!

It's mainly down to my job more than anything else-keeps me very active at work (i.e. free gym!)

Great thread I hasten to add-interesting to see how everyone else gets on.

BenAigen is a fraud and iGeek2014 a cheater. :p CLEARLY these two are conspiring to discredit me with FAKE steps (#fakesteps).o_O Here is the most exceptional total of the week because I take better steps than anyone.:D

What is up with everyone else? Are you scared to post?
