Yes, it’s a shame they’re no longer intact. It would be interesting to hear what sort of music they’d come up with, had Freddy not passed.
The man had a set of pipes.

their first album is extremely mature for a bunch of 17 years olds
troubles id great!

im not 17!

Neither am I.

(Meaning, I am no longer 17. And, when I was 17, - some time ago - I detested much of what passed for popular culture, I liked classical music, and old jazz instead).

But I like Coldplay.

Politik and The Scientist, and Clocks are brilliant.

Listening to The Scientist and Clocks just now.

Brian Eno and Steve LillyWhite made them better, that album la vie de vida is great!

This just arrived in the post this morning, and I am listening to it as I write.

Many thanks for your recommendation - I wouldn't have known of it otherwise.

Someone gave me a copy this , and when I listened to it I wondered how I’d not heard it before.
It has become one of my truly favorite albums.

I don’t know much about music, but this is one of the more interesting albums I’ve heard in a long time. Could it be considered Reggae with a jazz flavor? I dunno. But I like it.

Yeah, I’d probably say it’s a nice blend of reggae, dub, jazz, and soul.
