My order commenced shipping last Tuesday (Nov. 2) with it being in Shanghai, China. Delivery was then declared for today (Nov. 5) in Winnipeg, mid-Canada. Last Tuesday UPS's system could not find my rural address just outside of Winnipeg (when I was signing up for their tracking service). I've only been here for 43 years and is a well populated road, but UPS's computers have no clue, (unlike Google Maps, FedEx, Purolator, Garmin, et al [sic]), so I went to the Winnipeg UPS Store and asked them to accept delivery rather than me endure the anticipated agony of the UPS driver not being able to find my address, me then having to chase the parcel for a few days, etc. Anyway, today the parcel still seems to be Shanghai-ed in Shanghai where they are now telling me that a non-US customs screening is taking place, plus my anticipated delivery date has been removed. So, noone seems to know and UPS will not, or cannot, provide me with any other information until the package hits Canada. What a crock of disappointment.
