Who do you know? I ordered mine Oct 18. Took delivery of a damaged 16” M1 on Nov 1. Returned Nov 2. Replacement authorized and “processing” from Nov 2 to Nov 25. FINALLY shipped on the 25th. It’s been in Shanghai since the 27th. I made a call, UPS International. They can’t find it. “It’s gone … “ I was told to call Apple to start an investigation. I have made two payments. Third is due 12/31. Tell me if you know someone. Please!!

Same boat here. Got "clearance delay" from Fedex 12/02 morning, got "International shipment release - Import" at 6pm 12/02, but no updates since then, almost 24 hours sitting in Memphis.
Mine made it to Anchorage. Glad it’s in the US! But unlike others here, who show it leaving Anchorage within 4-5 hrs, mine hasn’t moved for 12hrs. I did follow up with UPS, and they said yes, an investigation needed to be started because it was untraceable and hadn’t moved from Shanghai for seven days. They told me if it sits more than 48hrs, call it in. She also said it might pop up, which it did. I wonder if Apple and UPS have a thing going on. UPS agrees not to scan, but keep the process going. More stressful for us, but less labor/resource intensive for them. Cos it’s VERY reasonable to assume it will be delivered by Apple’s first estimate (Dec 8 - Dec 15) or even MAYBE their second of Dec 6. UPS originally estimated Dec 6, quickly changed it to Dec 3, then just as quickly PERMANENTLY changed it to “We’ll let you know…”
