Ordered literally seconds after the Apple Store came back online. I was a tad bummed by the two days extra wait. I had the browser on auto-refresh and keyboard snippets ready for all the billing/shipping data. So it took 1 min tops to complete the order.
But I can't really complain giving the beast of a machine I am getting this year.

Sorry to keep updating, but I’ve moved to “preparing to ship” with a delivery date of Tuesday.
16” pro max (maxed out cpu/gpu), 32g ram, 1T storage.

Anyone in Europe getting it the 26th? I see a lot 29th. Mine is also planned 29th okt to 1st nov. (The Netherlands) ?

Still scheduled to arrive 26 October 2021. Credit Card has been debited (reserved) and "Preparing for Shipment" status unchanged since two days ago. No indication of any shipment on the UPS tracking page either.
How's everyone getting their UPS tracking? I signed up for UPS My Choice and tried to add the order number minus the last two digits and it didn't work. Though I am shipping to a corporate address - in my name - not sure if that would interfere with the process.
Maybe Apple does not ship with UPS in the UK? I'v heard them using DPD sometimes

Just notified of shipped 14” Pro base model with 94w charger to Australia. Ordered within 10 mins after presentation finished. Shipping by DHL expected delivery on Apple store 04/11/21 but I think it’ll come earlier than then.
I ordered the same configuration, I did it not as fast of u. My sheduled shipping date is Nov the 17th. Some days before of after is the same for me. I wish to see some real world tests, from monday we 'll see

If I remember well I did it maybe 5 min after I see the store back on-line. I had to evaluate the different options.
I think I have to go to my hairdresser before the beast arrives ???
I have my Mychoice set to let me know of any packages coming to my home address.
I checked for Northeast USA at 2 minutes after the Apple Big Bang, and I was getting inflation of about October 26. But this wouldn’t work for me because I needed galaxy formation. So I checked again 2.5 hours later and was given November 2nd to 9th. Thay have not changed that for me.

Mine still says October 26th to Nov 3rd and it hasn’t even been charged or prepared for shipping ?
Don't put too much stock in the "status" on the apple page. Mine still says "Preparing to ship" on the apple site, but I already got the tracking through UPS (shared above) and know my machine is now sitting one state over in Louisville, KY.
You got lucky ? My 10/26 delivery still shows preparing for shipment and nothing in UPS app yet. Thinking it will change over to shipped sometime today/evening.
Tuesday can’t come sooner! I’m like a kid waiting for Christmas morning ?
Mine changed to “Preparing to Ship” today (10/24) but still “Arrives Nov 5 - Nov 10” and there is now a pending charge on my CC.

I got my order in immediately after preorders went live, with a 10/26 delivery:
• Card charged Thursday
• Still says preparing for shipment
• Nothing in UPS My Choice App
Very weird people with November delivery dates are getting shipping notifications before mine. Maybe those are being pushed up and getting earlier delivery dates.
I’m hoping it will ship out sometime today (Sunday). Fingers crossed ??

Very likely that yours has already shipped. Have you tried tracking by reference on UPS?
