My daily carry:

Been wanting to put one of these together for a while. I carry the same thing with me almost every day. On days that I go out to do a shoot, I do have a second bag of camera equipment, but photography is only a side job, so that happens about once a week.

I've had this bag for at least three years now. It's not the fanciest bag, but the zippers are rubber coated metal with a good grip to them, and I haven't seen any seams ripping yet. It fits my daily carry well.

My 4S fits a little snug in the phone holster on the strap, but better snug than loose.

The Bluetooth keyboard fits nicely in the back pocket.

Odds and ends go in the outside pouch.

Headphones, Bible, and iPad go in the Main pouch with room to spare.

That bottle of Jack really sets the EDC off. I'll have to implement one into my own.

I take two different types of bags with me. Also, I interchange between my iPhone 4S and my Galaxy S3 depending on what I need to do.

Taking the Office with Me

If I'm doing heavy duty work... This is the "Take with me on long trips bag"

STM 13 Inch Bag
MacBook Air 11" 2012 i7
ACME Sleeve
Power Adaptor
iDevice USB Cable (for both iPhone and iPad)
Droid Charge (work phone and on the dependable Verizon Network)
iPad 3 16GB LTE with Smart Cover
Mophie Power Station
Verizon MiFi
LG HBS-700 Bluetooth Headset
Samsung Galaxy S3 AT&T (interchangeable with iPhone 4S)

Grab and Go Bag

And then on situations where I'm on the road a lot and just need web access, send and receive emails. This is usually the "Coffee Shop" and "Toss in the car bag."

STM Mini Bag
iPad 3 16GB LTE
Logitech Ultrathin Wireless Keyboard
iPhone 4S 32GB
PSP Vita

iPhone 4S 32GB
PSP Vita

How do you like your Vita? I haven't owned a dedicated portable gaming machine since the GBA, and I love some of the more immersive games on my iPhone, I'm just not sure how much I'd use it if I bought one.

Not enough games for it and a few are worth playing. The better games are still on the PSP. Excited for the new PSOne support firmware coming out at the end of this month!

I'll post a picture soon, I have a Timbuk2 Racing stripe bag

For days where I need my MacBook Air:

-Timbuk2 Bag
-13" MacBook Air
-Magic Mouse
-Apple USB Ethernet Adapter
-Files
-Various Cables and Chargers for various devices
-Various knives and box cutters (small)
-Various tools and screw drivers
-Flash Drives & SD Cards
-Pens & Paper pad (not everything can be digital, sometimes the good old paper pad is the fastest and most efficient for me)
-Everything BELOW

For days where I don't need my MacBook Air - Prefer this on most days:

-iPhone
-Keys
-Wallet

I am finding that I don't need to carry much with me anymore, which is nice, as I am trying to move more tasks to the iPhone, turning it into a "swiss-army knife" if you will.

This is my typical, everyday carry. Everything in the backpack except for one or more of the following which may be in my pockets: iPhone 4, money, ID, and one credit card.

7829448270_2f07117274.jpg

The rest of the stuff is
  1. batteries (for lights on my bicycle)
  2. LED flashlight
  3. alcohol wipes and bandages
  4. plastic shopping bag
  5. eyeglass repair kit
  6. swiss army knife
  7. pens and phone/trackpad stylus
  8. memory card reader
  9. extra memory card
  10. camera battery charger with extra batter (charged) inside
  11. Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS3
  12. Samsung bluetooth headset
  13. money
  14. free yogurt card
  15. business cards, mostly mine (obscured)
  16. work entry badge on lanyard
  17. library
  18. credit and store cards
  19. external hard drive with cable
  20. house keys with small flashlight
  21. polarized sunglasses
  22. paper clip
  23. USB drive
  24. 11" MBA with charger
  25. Apple headphones
  26. iPhone cord with outlet adapter for charging
  27. plastic whistle
  28. regular sim cutout to adapt microsim to other phones
  29. notepad
  30. Church calendar and telephone/address directory.

It all fits in my Outdoor Products backpack with plenty of room to spare.
