Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Vietnam expansion. Very tempted to resub to WoW, maybe today. I miss just logging in to run my dailies to meet the goal of outfitting the alt army in complete heirloom gear finery and then of course, it will be on to leveling all those toons. I also still have my Druid who hasn't yet completed leveling in the latest expansion, Pandaria. So much to do but so many other games too which was why I took a little break in the first place.

It's a tough life when my greatest worry today is what game do I want to play. I want to thank God right here and now for his kindness to me. :D

After a couple of years of thinking about it, I finally took the plunge into console-land and bought myself a PS3. The first game I picked up for it was Demon's Souls, which is just as fun (and brutal) as I was expecting.

Next up, I'm thinking of getting Motorstorm: Pacific Drift or Dirt 3. After that, I have no idea. I've got tons to choose from, and nowhere near enough time to play them all. It'll take me years to play through everything I want to.

...though I'm always up for recommendations if anyone has any to toss my way.

I'm hoping to waste a lot of time playing Planetscape 2 for Mac whenever it ships. :)

I've started playing RAGE and it really looks good. Very good performance on my 2010 iMac, impressive graphics, really strong atmosphere. Aspyr and Feral really give the answer to "if Mac is suitable for gaming".

Planetscape 2?! Uhh, did you mean "Planetside 2" for Mac?

When I Googled Planetscape 2, I always end up with a blog discussing the Sony game Planetside 2.

I guess it is Planescape. Planescape:Torment gets a sequel called Torment:Numenera, and it's gonna be on mac.

Some great PS3 exclusives:

Heavy Rain (not for everyone, but I loved it. Unlike any other game I've played)
Uncharted series
The Last of Us
LittleBigPlanet series
Infamous series
Metal Gear Solid 4 (One thing I love about the PS3: with the digital download of the original, and the MGS: HD Collection, you can have the entire MGS series playable on one console for a grand total of about $50)
Ico and Shadow of Collosus HD collection
Journey (PSN exclusive and an absolutley breathtaking gaming experience)

Cool. I'll keep an eye out for every one of those. Specially the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus collection. I borrowed an old friend's PS2 to play those, and fell in love with them back in the day. If the PS3 version of SotC fixes the framerate issues, it'll easily be worth plunking down some cash to play through again.

After trying out the demo for Uncharted 2, I think I'm gonna pick up the entire series and play through those after finishing off Demon's Souls. If the games end up being about as good as that little bit I got to play through, they'll end up being pretty damn fantastic.

Recently played through Minervas Den DLC for Bioshock 2. Worthy of £5. Gravity Well is pretty funny even more so when used against brutes.

Now re-playing Half Life 2.

I just finished replaying Bioshock 1 last night. It's still just as compelling story wise as the first time.
