Comfort food, an autumnal classic for a very good reason: Sausages (proper butcher's sausages), sautéed sausages, with gently sautéed onions, carrots, and garlic, (all organic), and exceedingly good mashed potato (also organic), plus a generous amount of finely chopped herbs - finely chopped parsley and finely diced French onion, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and, above all, an exceedingly generous hand when adding the butter.

Comforting, warm, soothing, and quite delicious.

Googling….how do you season and prepare the lamb?

Edit: Something on the lines of lamb bolognese? What seasoning do you use for the lamb?
Mixed herbs, salt and stock cubes. The lamb is cut into small pieces. I have no idea it was a recipe an ex showed me about 20 years ago. I think he made it up but it taste nice so I carried on making it.

Bean and cheese burritos. Doctored the re-fried canned beans with the usual suspects, garlic, onion, cumin, groundish red dried chili or fresh. Had some decent flower tortillas from the store and the cheddar was super good which makes the whole thing great.

That looks absolutely delicious.

Enjoy.

This sounds absolutely delicious.

Do enjoy.

Leftover duck fried rice.
Sounds delicious.

As @anika200 has already observed, anything that has been fried in duck fat, (potatoes in duck fat are amazing), or with duck, will be a winner.

Actually, Gordon Ramsay has a wonderful (I've prepared it on a number of occasions, and it is excellent) recipe for Nasi Goreng, made with leftover rice, that I strongly recommend.
