This was the first James Bond I saw as a child, and the fight on the train remains etched in my memory. From that era, it struck me as the best, primarily because of story, good characters, and it was not over the top with gadgetry. Note, the cat fight included in the female imagery of the poster, to peak the interest… :)
From Russia with Love & Gold Finger are the best of Sean Connery's tenure as Bond with Dr. No very close on their heels...:)

Certainly unbelievable, but that is the point. Visually interesting and creative in so many ways. Unpredictable. So many ways to inflict bodily harm. On my list of movies to buy once the price drops to $15 (now ~$21).
I got the feeling from the trailers I've seen that they were trying to get in on the Everything Everywhere All at Once vibe... and maybe kinda failed...

Wow! Very imaginative & entertaining, incredible visuals, great sound design, an engaging lead actor, and yeah some script parts that could have used a little tightening up perhaps… but I'm blown away by what other people can create as a team. Probably works best if approached without cynicism or knowing too much about the story.

Love to see original science fiction make it onto the silver screen.

Interesting details on how the budget was kept lower than usual for this type of picture, in this Variety article.

Bought From Paris With Love the other day. I like that one as it's fast paced, good action and only an hour and a half long.

I am currently building myself up to watch No One Will Save You... it's in Disney Plus at the moment, probably give me nightmares haha but it looks cool, apparently it has almost no dialogue in it? So keen to see how it works.

And this is on Netflix now,

Meg is dumb fun, Meg 2 more so, haven’t seen it before, I haven‘t seen the latest Mission Impossible but had to add it to my collection as I enjoy the films, and I wasn’t disappointed it’s excellent, I love how they worked that bike stunt into the films story.
And the best Spider Man on Netflix? Gotta give that a watch.

While originally a TV serialisation Quatermass and the Pit was released as a full feature film by the BBC with a run time of close to 3-1/2 hours and remains to be the definitive watch.

Close, however not to the same standard as the original. In all fairness, a far shorter runtime yet still a worthy watch for those that appreciate classic Sci-Fi...
