Ah, my trusty old 2nd-gen iPod nano I got for my 12th birthday. This thing was amazing for listening to my entire music collection (a whopping 80 songs!) while I mowed lawns during the summer.

Apologies for the poor photography.

And yes, I am still using Windows Vista on my primary computer. I'm in desperate need of an upgrade.

Make a jackintosh from that PC. Lol

Trash-picked when I was a kid living at Ft. Riley, Kansas. The computer was damaged when we moved to Virginia in 2000 and my father just tossed it. I wanted to at least try to get it fixed or have my father claim it as damaged goods so the moving company would pay to have it replaced. But in my father's hatred for Apple, he just threw it away. What's funny is he now has a 27-inch iMac.

My first Apple was an Apple II+ (like the one shown) - although mine was a custom build by a friend of mine. I don't have any pictures of the actual machine.

My first was a blue iMac G3 350MHz that was given to me. I've had it for about 8 years now and it's still running strong. (Not my photograph but it's the same)

My first was a 30GB iPod video from eBay. That thing was awesome!

That thing has snowballed into a load of other Apple hardware! Shame I don't still have it!

Second generation iPod.. bought another one a generation later which was my last Apple purchase.

iPod Nano, not sure what generation, color screen with metal back that scratches easily.

Didn't get my first Mac product until years later, it was a 2011 13" MacBook Pro.

Powerbook 180c

Cost a small fortune back in the day (1993) due to it's state-of-the-art(?) 640x480 colour screen, but came with a free copy of Microsoft Office on 9 x 3.5" floppy disks.

Apple II+ Clone Humorously Called an Orange

My first Apple product was a Taiwan clone of the Apple II+ called, by someone with a sense of humor, an Orange that I purchased in a computer mall in Hong Kong in 1983. With a daisy wheel printer it lasted me all through college and then some in the military. Was sorry to get rid of it and the printer but it was fun to play with. Mistakenly went the Windows route and only returned to Apple since 2003 and have been loving it ever since. Most of my home is now Apple stocked.
