512k unenhanced Mac, in the late fall or early winter of 1985. Still boots... takes awhile to warm up though. I'm sort of surprised that its little 400k floppy boot disk still gets what to do.

iPod Nano 3G, Black - 8GB. Still use it all the time. :D

haha my first apple product is a two way tie. I got a white macbook during the school promotion in 2006(freshmen year) and got a free 30gb ipod video :).

I remember my brother who is a graphic designer and had an iMac trying to convince me to get a macbook instead of a Sony Viao desktop machine. I argued but at the end of the day he bought it for me and was nice enough to let me keep the iPod video.:D

My first apple product is A1428 - iPhone 5 (GSM model) . It is very exciting to operate this product.

First apple device was a Silver iPod Nano 3rd gen 4GB when it was brand new :)
First apple computer was a 13" MacBook Pro, 2.26 C2D, 8GB RAM, 500GB HD, cracked trackpad, and terrible battery, but I loved it

2G iPod (w/Dock Connector). It was plagued with HDD issues but it was truly the Apple at it's core - simple yet attractive aesthetics and simplicity of use. I was able to look past the HDD flaws because the iPod was just that good compared to what was available at that time (other MP3, Sony MD player). Since then, it's been all Apple products.

12 inch iBook G4 back in 2005 (i think) - still works today, although lags behind a Macbook Air slightly....!

It was the Aluminium Apple wired keyboard. I spilled a pint of water on my Razer keyboard, and then had to walk over an hour in the lovely Irish winter rain to a Curry's.

They only had this keyboard, so I bought it. I'm still using it now after years.

My first Apple device was a 2nd Gen iPod Nano 2GB. I loved that thing. It got me through many nights coding web pages. I used it for about 6 months and I sold it to get a 20GB 5th Gen iPod Video.

My first was the original white iBook. Loved that thing. Haven't spent substantial money on a PC since.

Since then, many many Apple products.

Luckily my wife doesn't mind. Think finding a wife that doesn't kill me for my love of good Apple products (and their work benefits) is better then any product I've got.

I'm gonna include a lot of different types of firsts in my Apple products.

First Apple product: iPod Touch 2nd Generation 8GB

I've also had an iPod Photo 20GB, iPod Classic 30GB, iPod Touch 4th Generation 32GB, an iPhone 4 16GB, iPhone 5 32GB, and an eMac. I bought the iPod Touch 2nd Gen refurbished from Apple, and traded it plus some other random crap for the 4th gen. My uncle gave me the iPod Photo, and after working for 6 months the HDD crashed. I traded the eMac for the iPod Classic 30GB. Was given the Performa by a teacher who had it sitting at home unused, was given the eMac by my school since it was donated and was never gonna be used anyways (also a reward for no missing assignments for a semester :D), traded some random crap I had for the G5, traded a pair of Beats Tour (I think they were fakes) for the iBook. I traded my ThinkPad T500 2.26GHz C2D, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, Windows 7 Professional, for the MacBook. It came with base configuration of 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 10.5.8. I put the larger HDD in and 8GB RAM and put Mountain Lion on it, then upgraded to Mavericks when it was released. This was all within the past 4 years, I got the first iPod when I was in 7th grade, now I'm a sophomore in high school.
