Watched Ep. 2 of "Deadly Class" from SyFy. So far, so good. I'm rather enjoying it... /QUOTE]
maybe i am burned out with RiverDale and the entitled high school shows.
so
how is "Deadly Class" w/ reference to my acquired phobia.
LOL. Absolutely no comparison! The "school" here is a school for assassins. Henry Rollins plays one of the teachers and the headmaster is played by Benedict Wong (of "Dr. Strange"). The typical teen problems here are surviving tests and the cliques. This is not your typical teen drama!maybe i am burned out with RiverDale and the entitled high school shows.

Killing Eve season 2 premieres on AMC this Sunday night. They are running the entire first season during the day leading up to S2. Its a great show. Will have to check out 'Killing Eve', thanks for the tip.
Abbey (2019 NBC)- A new 30 minute sitcom about a veteran, who has opened a neighborhood bar in her backyard in San Diego. I watched the pilot and second episode, and it feels very much like a retro Cheers, but kinda basic and vanilla and not nearly as sharp as Everyone Love Raymond, Seinfeld, or Modern Family which have changed my expectations for broadcast comedies.
I’d have thought you would have preferred a Liverpool win to keep Chelsea in touch.Watching the Masters golf tournament presently while sneaking a peek at the Liverpool/Chelsea match; Chelsea needs a strong comeback.
The Order (2019 Netflix)- A secret society, magic at school, I made it though 1.5 episodes before calling it quits. After Harry Potter and The Magicians, this story struck me as shallow and cliched.
Umbrella Academy (2019 Netflix)- Compared to the previous title, much more energetic and creative. About six grown up, gifted (think super hero or XMen) people who were adopted by a billionaire as infants. They reunite after their step-father’s death. I’ve finished episode 1.
We watched it all last month. It really was an enjoyable series and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
GOT last night. Along with half the office. I suspect it will be the topic of conversation.
All seemed to enjoy it. Mostly just setting the scene. How did your office mates like it? It was fine with me.
Watching a recorded PBS version of 'Les Misérables'. Enjoyed the book when I was younger.

The biggest complaint was there is only 5 episodes left!
Looks like I should have watched the CL football. A bit of a goal fest. 5 goals in the first 20 minutes.
It just got very interesting!I put PBS on hold to watch Man City/Spurs match, it looks interesting.
