I never said I played them well lol. Just that I played them. Those all have a technicality that are challenging to perform well.

I didn't say that you played them well or poorly. I just mentioned that they are difficult to play well.I never said I played them well lol. Just that I played them.
Don't bother going to Buffalo Wild Wings then. They're almost always rated poorly, but I think it's partly the clientele. It reminds me of an episode of Still Standing where the men are going to a Hooters-style restaurant and spending loads of money and enjoying themselves. The wife buys some of the food and serves it to her husband and he doesn't like the food.
I lived in Florida when Hooter's was starting. Some dude tried to get a job as a server and they turned him down, telling him that he could work behind the scenes. There was another such restaurant, Wings something, and it was somewhat amusing to see them fighting over who did what and how big the "experiences" were.We had 3 BW3's (I still call them that ) where i used to live. Two were fine, one was horrible. The horrible one was owned by a different management company and it showed.
Ate at the other two for lunch probably once a week.
Have been to the one in Prescott twice and Flag once. Mixed experiences from them. Service slow, food good or food cold, service good. Total crap shoot, but I love wings.
As for Hooter's, well the girls at the one we used to go to were not the reason to go. I love their burgers and buffalo chicken sandwich.
Too much red wine and red meat are what I associate gout with but that may not be accurate at all.Well, that hurt.
I have gout. Which annoys me because I don't believe I live the lifestyle that deserves gout (no rich puddings, no port, I eat my vegies (including pumpkin tips cooked in coconut milk - yummo!!!)).
As a result of it not being treated properly, I have a swollen toe. It is now being treated, and is improving, but is still red and swollen.
Thursday night is bin night. I put the three wheelie bins out, they magically empty themselves overnight, and in the morning, after the third (3rd) reminder from my beloved, I bring them in.
In the process, I manage to drop one of the three (the largest, of course) on my toe.
The red, swollen, sore toe.
It doesn't matter what treatment you are having, dropping a 20kg wheelie bin on it is always going to be painful.
Anyway, cleansing baths, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory dressings are helping.
I was wondering what the kama was going to be from replacing two garden taps without problems or leaks, and in only 5 minutes each. I guess this was it.
My sympathies.Well, that hurt.

Which toe is the afflicted toe, dare I ask?
Ouch.Left 'pointer?' toe (next to big toe).
Whichever toe that’s afflicted WILL be the one that you bang, scrap and stub more than all the others put together!Left 'pointer?' toe (next to big toe).
As I understand it, there’s a major genetic component associated with gout. So you can blame your parents as well. But you don’t need to blame yourself. Hope you get better soon.Well, that hurt.

Its a strange one. Gout is uric acid arthritis. Crystals forming between the joints mainly in the hands and feet like shards of broken glass. Associated with kidney function not being able to flush out the uric acid from the body.As I understand it, there’s a major genetic component associated with gout. So you can blame your parents as well. But you don’t need to blame yourself. Hope you get better soon.
I am thinking about my favourite burger now. Not today but in the past. Uk perspective and we may not have had the range of the USA.
Number 1 Wimpey loved the taste of the burger. Sadly bought out by Burger King and not many of them around now still branded Wimpey.
Number 2 Burger King.
Number 3 McDonalds
Now we have Gordon Ramsay's burger places, Five Guys and whole bunch of others but I have not tried them to be honest. In my twilight years I do not yearn for burgers anymore.
I really like five guys too But they sort of expensive for fast food burger. We have 5 guys here in SE Michigan, I’d much rather go there than a large chain place, ie micky D’s, BK, etc.
Plus their shakes
I think I’m the only one on here that doesn’t eat at any of these places.
I just eat at home.

I heard gout is excruciating. I hope you have a solid and quick recovery.. maybe try Advil/Tylenol if you have any?
I can vouch for that though be careful with ibuprofen as it can cause stomach issues taken long term. Short term it helped with my herniated disk.I am taking a preventative (Allopurinol), but you have to work up to the full dose in stages. In the meantime I have to accompany it with Colchicine (a plant hormone that make your pot* plants bud).
When the pain gets bad I will take ibuprofen + paracetamol. The two work better together than two of either.
* emphasis on the word pot

I miss Tim Horton's multi-grain bread. There are so few locations in the U.S.A., though. I haven't gone to Denny's since they still had Sambo's, and made me sick.I don't go to fast food (say, McDonalds) or fast casual (for example, Chili's) chain restaurants (or, as they're called in the industry, stores, ugh) either, unless I am away from home and there aren't any alternatives. But if I have no choice, say, at a roadside rest stop or at a train station or at an odd hour, I'll go in for something defrosted and deep fried made by a minimally trained worker to match a photo on a laminated poster.
Long live Little Chef and Tim Horton's and Denny's!
