They are giving $25 and $50 gift cards free with the purchase of the new iPad pro's. I'm store you can get them to also price match apple and give you an additional $20 for student discount too.
We don't match prices with student discounts as we offer our own. At least I've yet to pricematch student discounts after being there for 1+ Year. I could be wrong as often it's up to the ASM and GM.

Kal-037, do you happen to know when Best Buy will be listing the iPads with LTE on the website?

Can't provide exact ETA, only that it sometimes takes a couple days, and that Apple and the carriers decide this moreso than Best Buy.
And why does Best Buy sell iPads by carrier when there's only one model?
Wait a little while and the site will most likely update, can't give exact ETA as I don't even know, usually it just takes time for BB to get other carriers in. Sometimes it's instant, Apple, ATT, Sprint, and Verizon are more in charge of that.

[doublepost=1496798803][/doublepost]Also i'm having issues myself with the iPad Pro as it won't let me select store pick-up now. It was a while ago but now it won't. I hate BBs website and infrastructure.

Used a 10% OFF coupon AND after an issue where it wouldn't let me use it with the free $25 gift card, they gave me a $40 gift card for the hassle.

256 10.5 with cellular for $879 - $88 = $791
Pencil on sale for $95 - $40GC - $15bestbuy bucks I'll get for buying the iPad = $40

Works for me.

One-time birthday coupon good for the month of June that BB emailed to me a few days ago. These coupons have tons of exclusions so I was pretty shocked that it worked on an iPad.

Dang a birthday coupon how the heck do I get one of those? My birthday isnt until August but I would love to get an early one for the iPad

Best Buy on Harbison Blvd. in Columbia, SC got them in yesterday. They didn't have any on display. Fella said it might be another week before they have anything out on display, but have some for sale now.

I think you get one the first day of your birthday month if you're a reward zone member.
No I think only a select few do... I have been a rewards member for 5+ years (Elite Plus too) and have never seen a 10% off coupon. :/ or maybe I am just unlucky. I should ask my GM if he knows of such a thing, he says been at BBY for 10+ years.

That's cool, it's interesting that in terms of the iPPs Best Buy seems to get stock faster with some items than Apple's own store which is super odd as Apple was not a fan of Best Buy in the past.

It was sent as "birthday thank you for being a valuable customer". I'm Elite currently. (Have been Elite Plus previously.) Been a RZ member for more than a decade. I just assumed all got it. Maybe you have to also hold the BB credit card? I don't know.

You need to change your email preference from BB, to basically allow them to spam your inbox daily with stuff. But you'll get the coupons, and occasionally decent ones via snail mail.

I just got the Best Buy Credit Card which gives 10% rewards on the first purchase. Will be ordering (2) 10.5" iPads with Pencils. Will use the reward money and gift cards to buy the 29W charger and cables for fast charging. I buy enough from Best Buy so the 5% rewards on other purchases will be beneficial as well.

That explains it. I opted in a long time ago when they gave some sort of coupon for doing so. It all goes to spam folder anyway so I don't care. I also the other day got a random $10 reward certificate for no reason. Worth the spam, I'd say.

I have a pretty good Apple contact within BB and he does not expect them until Monday or Tuesday so I am quite doubtful about this store getting them in already. He says it is only usually a day before or that day they usually get them in.

That must be my issue as well. I've been a reward zone member for many years and most of them elite plus. I never got a birthday coupon even once. Need to sign up before my birthday in November.
