Honestly, call them back. Say you expected it today as the email stated when you placed the order, that obviously isn't happening, and that you're looking for alternatives to get it as soon as possible. They'll check stock nearby, and then tell you shipping options. You should be able to get away with next day shipping for free since the mess up is on their end, not yours.I wish mine would offer anything. I called again to see what happened and put on hold for 30+ minutes then hung up on. I unfortunately now can't afford to purchase from Apple and it looks like they don't even have it in stock for 2 weeks either. This is such a mess (putting aside the fact I want a product) this was absolutely unacceptable on Best Buy's end especially since it's happened so much. I am glad they will get you your order though that's awesome. *thumbs up
