Odd question, but I've had a huge headache pre-ordering this from BB.com and so I'm curious if anyone else's BB.com order page looks like this... (where it doesn't say usual pick-up date below apple care offer, and is still processing.)
Best Buy's website is all over the place lately (first order was cancelled without notice or legitamate reason,) then second pre-order I made they changed my nearest store's availability right as I was placing/paying for the order... so now I am not sure if they'll stand by the "available Tuesday June 13th" that they said 2 hours ago, as seen above, they say nothing about expected pick-up date now and i'm still in Processing stage not "preparing."

I was told Tuesday by Best buy staff.
Mine is for home delivery, but it is still stuck at processing.

That sucks, same thing happened when the BB system cancelled my order and I tried to get the same one but it was delayed and now a bunch are not even available. I hope it works out somehow for you. :/mine is stuck at prepared they said its coming but weren't helpful and now you can't even purchase the SG one today it says coming soon.

This was an annoying pre-order; so many hoops I had to go through with them. I almost just gave up and was going to go to Apple in a couple weeks after stock became more fluid. Apple has yet to screw up any order I've done with them in the past 4+ years. Again sorry your's is screwy too, I hope it's updated tonight for you though.

I'm right there with you. I wanted to use a gift card I had gotten for Christmas with $300 on it. The website was unable to process a payment with a gift card if a gift card was part of the order (the $50 card they gave if you preordered). I tried to use one too but they refused. I imagine the store I work at would have made it happen. My iPad is also still "In progress/processing" too. Hopefully they get their crap together by tomorrow. :/ If the pre-order fails again, I'm hoping they have extra stock in-store. Just ordered mine for in store pick up this morning. Like I said the other day, they usually change to available for in store pickup in the earlymorning of release day on bestbuy.com. They did remove the free gift card offer though.

So the store that said it had stock is now saying it doesn't have stock and I need to make changes to my order (except I can't do a single thing.) I search for any other location but nothing within 250 miles. I am so not happy right now (though it's not life or death) I am completely confused why I was billed for an item and guaranteed it WILL arrive to my store on 13th, (7 or 8 times) I was told my order went through and would arrive on time... but apparently that's not true at all, I can't buy a d*mn product from Best Buy. My card has been confirmed several times but apparently the Best Buy gods deemed me unworthy to give them money.

I wish mine would offer anything (but no shipping option or store pick-up.) I called again to see what happened and the great service agent put me on hold for 30+ minutes and then hung up on me. (So classy... and I have not been rude or unreasonable at all.)Just got the same message.

Called them, said the store just didn't get enough stock. There's another store about 40 minutes away that has it, but they said they'd waive the shipping fee and I'd get it tomorrow if I wanted, so I did that instead. It's not today, but it's not a week from now, which is where all the other stores are quoting me.
