Please post some pics without the case. Are you using the full skin? Hows the fit with case on?

It's just the back skin. Good fit with the case (I always use a skin with cases). However, the top left corner over the camera along the edge tends to come off when installing and removing cases, as it's such a narrow bit. Need to install and remove with care because of that.

I received the Apple Silicone, I like the feel but can’t stand how everything sticks to it.
Now have the Tech 21, it’s a bit thick on the sides but I think I can get use to it.

I've ended up with a bunch of cases. I like them all, but I find myself using this one the most - UAG Plasma Ice. The sides are slim and very easy to grip. Reinforced corners. Great drop protection. The design isn't for everyone, but I love it.

I’ve enjoyed the monarch and plasma before. One plus to the plasma is the in hand feel is a bit better due to the rounded corners. I can’t decide if I want to try the path finder or plasma now. It also annoys me the 15% coupon they sent me doesn’t work.

I have the ringke fushion clear for my pro max and love the feel. It’s my top case: clear, thin, and enough drop protection. Has anyone tried their frosted one below?

I like the Plasma redesign - sides have been shaved a bit so that it's slimmer, thus easier to grip. Not sure if it affects drop protection height, as UAG no longer advertises height anymore. They just advertise Military drop-test standards (MIL STD 810G 516.6). Otterbox and Mous don't advertise height either, and they've also been getting thinner on the sides. I also like the black UAG logo as opposed to the old silver ones.

Thinking of getting a Monarch as well. Trying to decide between Carbon Fibre and Crimson (I currently have an all black one on my S10+, so looking for something different). I like the logo placement at the bottom now. Case looks great.

And I agree, UAG is ole' reliable. You know that you're getting an all-around top tier experience with regards to good protection, buttons, comfort and grip.

Thank you for mentioning the Evutec Karbon here. I found it on Amazon for $14.99. It looks like the Pitaka for a fraction of the price. I got it today and I'm really liking it. Thanks again.

My beef with the plasma was always felt a bit slimy and the back scratched easily, i got one already scratched once, may have improved.

It was way too slipper for me, especially the sides when holding and picking it up.

Funny, I always use a SW back skin too on any phone I have. Should be here this week sometime. Thought I was only weirdo. Ironically I’ve always used their bright orange back skin. Not sure why lol

A couple of cases scratched the glass back on one of my previous phones, so I've been using skins since then. I have the bright orange skin for a Dbrand Grip case. Looks great! ?

$50 for the Pitaka or $15 for the Evutec with the logo. No brainer for me. The logo isn't any worse than, and is a little smaller than the Apple on the back of the phone.

I liked so much my Otterbox Symmetry case which I used to my old iPhone Xs.
So here’s the 1 Million question - who has the “Golden” case? The one that offers a good protection for the device while keeping it slim (as possible) and nice?
Would love to hear your opinions ?

How is the plasma's fit? I have not had a UAG case for a long while because the last one I had was a little saggy and loose around the charge port and volume area.

I used the Monarch and Plasma for a 7Plus. Going off memory, I would say the Plasma fit a bit more snug than the Monarch, but felt thinner due to the edges not being so square.

I used a Monarch with my X as well, and would say other than changing from metal screws which rattled in the 7plus case, they changed the material to avoid that going forward. Overall a solid case.

I have no reason to believe the plasma wouldn't still be a solid performer.

Applecare+ is the golden answer. Put clear skin on and just hope you dont drop it lol

SW use to be good back in days but they have let me down in last year or two. Found a local manufacturer in UK. Got their full back matt on together with Nomad Rugged case.

Love the all black Monarch but it shows fingerprints and smudges way too much for me. I had this newer style blacked out Monarch for the Note 10 plus and the fingerprints drove me crazy. With all that said I still want the blacked out Monarch for the 11 Pro Max.

The new blacked out Monarch for the 11 Pro Max seems to show fingerprints on the back frame even more than last year’s version for the XS Max. Not sure why they changed the finish for the worse.
