Man, I don’t remember Bellroy taking forever to ship in the 2 or 3 other times I’ve ordered from them, but they are this time.

Ordered the cobalt leather case for my 12 PM on Wednesday of last week and got the order confirmation email on Thursday. Radio silence since then. Almost a week and it’s not even shipped yet? C’mon.

Hmm...you might want to contact support, because I ordered a Navy Sheath for my 12 PM yesterday morning and it shipped yesterday afternoon. Something isn’t right there.

I did and got into a weird situation: both my last orders had the same order number! Finally I found the shipping email. It's on its way. I guess another couple days, a week tops before it arrives.

I have always had horrible experiences with Caudabe customer support & shipping. I try never to order from them.

TBH my experience has always been positive. They will always ship a replacement, no questions asked.

Little trick of the trade to help the buttons on the Sheath.

Take a razor blade and made a cut down the length of ONE side of each button. For the volume buttons, make two cuts...one for each button on one side. You don’t need to remove any material, just make a slice beside the button. It’ll improve the clickiness of the buttons completely.

You won’t be able to see the cuts and they won’t allow any debris into the case. I’ve been doing this to various cases for years and it always works.

A razor blade works best because it makes a cut that’s completely unnoticeable.

I’ve got 3 Sheath cases for the 12 Pro Max and I’ve done this to each one and it worked perfectly.

If I pop the top left corner out of the Sheath, the buttons are almost perfect for some reason.

My first one (that they replaced) had really bad, mushy buttons. The rest were much better but still not as clicky as I like, so I did my usual thing and cut them.

Yeah mine are ok but remember them being better, nothing like apple leather or symmetry though. I emailed them and they said as i didn't buy direct they would send me a replacement for about $10AUD, 70% off and free 3 week shipping lol. Thought about getting a Grey but couldn't be bothered.

That's why i sold my black, was bad in the heat/humidity here now. Mujjo is same, Nomad was the only leather case i kept long term.

I wonder why they don’t offer a saddle colored option? I’d think they would steal a lot of Apple sales offering the patina proud crowd that color without the plastic camera surround insert.

FINALLY received a shipping confirmation for my Bellroy leather case. It took a week, but it’s on it’s way via UPS 2nd day air. It hasn’t actually moved yet, so I’m assuming I won’t see it until Monday at the earliest.
