Try Caudabe Lucid Clear. Mine never yellowed. Had them on my last 4 iPhones. They're not TPU.

Open bottom...
Yeh, I chose that because it generally provides enough protection (particularly as the actual exposed section is smaller on the mini than most other phones) and I find it easier to connect charging cables. Also the overall profile of this case seems one of the slimmest for a leather case, so hoping that it keeps the mini feeling mini!

Don’t worry. Their open bottom case fits better than Apple’s closed bottom leather cases do.

If you haven't already, check out Presidio Stay Clear. I've never tried them (I'm not a fan of their cases), but they advertise the case won't discolor from UV rays or oil absorption. I should warn you, though, I've read that the buttons aren't that tactile.

I can attest that the buttons aren’t great on the presidio stay clear or perfect clear.

I’m on the hunt for a decent leather case again. I have been using my Baltic Blue Apple case since release and just recently it’s developed a really horrible stickiness to it. My previous Apple cases didn’t do this at all.
Let us know if you find anything you like. I’ll be going caseless on Monday when my apple sleeve comes in. ???

Got the Spigen Thin Fit in red. It feels great, buttons are great, and the sides are tight other than by the mute switch and lightning port. The Color Brick has less give on the sides and feels like it’ll take a drop better than this, but the Thin Fit is thinner.

I was really hoping I wouldn’t like this case ?
I have this case in black. Surprisingly, it’s a good case. Thin, decent grip, no finger prints, buttons are awesome and it’s for delicious cutouts that don’t seemed into pinky town.

I do like it more than the Sheath. Even though it doesn’t have any official drop rating, I’d feel safer with the Thin Fit on my phone than the Sheath.

Have been looking for a while now (4 weeks) for the perfect case and have finally decided on the Apple Silicone once again like on my previous phone. Besides aesthetics, the grip is the most important part of a case for me and this one doesn't disappoint. Of course the draw back of a very grippy case is attracting dust/lint and harder to remove from a tight pocket but I don't mind those in the least. A case that easily grips to my hand gives a me better user experience.

The cutouts are precise and the design is very slim with great protection from the front lip and back camera lip.
Would recommend this to anyone who values a slim grippy case. Btw, I tried the Kung Fu grip by Smartish and while it is a good slim case with similar protection the hard plastic with sand paperish feel wasn't as grippy as this silicone.
I want to thank everyone in this thread for all the cool and interesting cases mentioned that I otherwise would not have learned about.

I tried to like the Apple silicone for my 12PM but I returned it after a couple weeks. The problem for me were the constant smears/smudges that drove me insane and the corners of the case that appeared to be wearing down after very light use. With the amount of money they charge, it should practically be indestructible. Not sure whats preventing Apple from manufacturing a TPU case already.

I currently running the Native Union Clic Canvas in black.

Think I’m going to break away from leather, I can’t seem to find anything that fits how I want a case to fit.

Hi bubulol,

You might find a clear case you're looking for made by Torras (Amazon link to the Diamond case with pc back)

I like the Crystal Clear (tpu) for my mini very much. The fit is outstanding, all buttons nicely clickable. Lightweight at <19g.

They are made with an anti-yellowing "technology" that I expect will at least temper any yellowing.

I've tried several of the clear cases this year (Spigen, Caudabe, Nudient, casekoo, ringke, Smartish..) and this is easily my favorite.

Hope you find something you love. Happy Holidays!
