Peel case clear hard is very minimal and bare whilst good to hold in hand compared to Apple clear case. Clear case quality is substandard compared to Peel. That’s just my take. Others may have different opinions.

Wallet seems to hold fine but not strong as MagSafe cases.

Have a friend that dropped her phone in the grocery store, the peel case cracked and her phone got a nice dent on the side. Not much protection at all with the peel cases. They are good looking though.

I have to advise against Pitaka's Aramid fiber cases, this is my iPhone 12 Pro MagEZ case from Pitaka, it gets damaged extremely easily from any type of drop at all, even 1-2 feet drop, each contact is guaranteed to get damaged. From the marketing they advertise it as bullet-proof, durable, scratch-free etc, this is highly deceiving and I wish I had known it was so fragile.

Aramid... stops bullets, bruises easily. ?

I wonder if the Apple leather does the same thing. If so, I might have to switch to the Sheath until my Cyrill arrives.
I don't have a leather case but I would assume yes. Probably the same with all other circular magnetic cases (and accessories).

Peel is just a dropship from AliExpress. Blows my mind that people buy their crap for $30 when they're just resellers.

Finding the source is like treasure hunt. I been looking for years where they dropship from.
On my last iPhoneX, I got about 6 best selling thin clear cases from Aliexpress and build and quality can’t be compared.

Please share with us if you are sure of the drop-ship source, mate. This will save us a lot.

As you said, totally gutted to pay £21 for clear case and not yet included shipping.

I'm done with magsafe and any cases with it, car holder i got was useless, white rings on cases/phone, and the phone gets too hot charging, been using a samsung leather wireless for years and it doesn't even get warm.
I was considering a magsafe vent mount, but I was hesitant given pepperings of what seem like magsafe’s first gen implementation growing pains, and a vague vision for its purpose is as they attempt to find its niche. Thinking I might pass for now.

MagSafe is purely a gimmick and pretty much useless. I don't want rings burned into my cases or the back of my phone so I'm not going to use it.

I have an Apple silicone case and I have yet to see any ring with MagSafe. However, I never let my battery get even close to low, so fast charging is never engaged, which is what I think makes the phone get hot and leave a mark.

My thoughts exactly. As soon as I read reviews of that happening from the start, decided not to get one. I still plug my phone in every night. No biggie to me.

I certainly don't think it's a gimmick. It's Apple's first generation product that will lead to at least 1 portless phone option in 2021. I've had one since it's release and have not yet experienced any overheating. I use mostly to charge overnight, so it's connected for at least 8 hours daily. No marks on any case yet either. I'm not doubting that some are having issues, but mine is working as intended.

My samples came in of the blue and red aramid fiber cases for the 12 Pro Max....

omg— my days of searching for the perfect case are over! Gorgeous, grippy, razor thin... I’m in love.

here are a couple pics, very subtle weave but the texture feels amazing, the color is fantastic. Fit and finish is literally flawless.

pics are next to my navy blue apple silicone case.

The blue fibre looks great! Shame it’s open at the bottom though.

In other news; I am enjoying the spigen mag armor at the moment.

Burkley Barlow in distressed antique coffee just came in. Feels like some tough leather! Love the color. Getting used to the exposed buttons. Open bottom not bothering me thankfully. Strangely, no ‘leather smell’, but nor is there any chemical smell either. Just smells like nothing lol.

Really happy with the Rugged Shield. Good tight fit, excellent in hand traction and even stays in place on fabric when I put it on my thigh to do something else. No fingerprints at all, full camera surround but still lays solidly flat on its back... no wobble. Slamboy certified. Have yet to have a single corner pop out incident.

You can get these for a little over $8.00 on eBay or a little more on Amazon.
