Yeah I decided to just accept the smudges. The recessed back makes the case handle really well for me too. If anything, I’m considering returning it for the new MagSafe version.

Just picked up the evo slim black from tech21. Wow- fit is far better than I thought. Buttons are very responsive and grip is better than studio color last year.
That the one Walmart sails?
I picked up the $14 clear Tech21 at Walmart yesterday; not a bad case.
Yeah it used to be called the studio color but they changed the name and made some alterations to the case.
I’m also considering the magsafe version, although I have no magsafe accessories 🤔
Me neither. It’d be preemptive for me, I‘ve accidentally pushed my phone off the wireless charger a few times without realizing it, so I’d like to get a magsafe charger someday.
In my opinion, the most practical is a cover book. It will definitely save the gadget from chips or cracks. It will be a shame if there is an unpresentable damage on a brand new iPhone.
It’s a slick bugger. Looks SO delicious on phone though. Was worried about button cutouts but it’s weird; they’re slightly recessed and cutouts guide you right to buttons. Not sure this is a daily case but man sure looks nice. This is the hard plastic version of it. Wraps right to the edge of whatever cheep screen protector I’m using.
Looks like a great case. Ordered a black and green one on Aliexpress for $9 total with shipping included.Really happy with the Rugged Shield. Good tight fit, excellent in hand traction and even stays in place on fabric when I put it on my thigh to do something else. No fingerprints at all, full camera surround but still lays solidly flat on its back... no wobble. Slamboy certified. Have yet to have a single corner pop out incident.

It’s a sample from the same factory that produces the Latercase, was thinking about making a run of them, but I’d need quite a bit of interest for the initial investment.
In short, you cannot currently buy this case.
This is their thin case, right? I’ve looked at that repeatedly, but just never grabbed one. Looks good!

Got mine yesterday and have already contacted them to return. I’ve got sag near the volume and power buttons, so it bows out and shows the frame of the phone.
I really expected better from DBrand.
Crap, I didn't even look at the case yet.
I did notice that the sides now have a medium grit sandpaper feel which is different from past Grip cases.

Yeah, I knew they’d changed the grip on the sides because I’ve got one for my Note 20 Ultra and it’s got the updated design. I actually like it better.
But yeah, I’ll have to return because of the sagging issue.
Haven't had a chance to even try it yet.

Just got in replacement from Otterbox for my saggy 12 Pro max and they sent the Aneu for the regular 12 Pro
I found this nice Coach black leather case in Best Buy for 30 bucks. It’s built solid, fits great with generous lip front and back, has exposed top/ bottom rails and buttons. If anyone is looking for a case that shows off the gold rails while offering grip and protection, this works very well.

This looks great! The black/gold combo is a classic.
My local Apple store just opened back up which is perfect because I was gifted a SB leather case for the 12/Pro and I have the Mini. Swapped out the leather and picked up a plum silicone case with another gift card I had. Both look great with the white Mini but I’m about 95% sold on the leather.
