Which Case Did You Get For Your New iPhone 12/Mini/Pro/Max? [Merged]

I am very split on what "protective" case to get. If you had to choose one for the pro max:
presidio 2
solidsuit
otterbox symmetry

Ok, I have gone through all 206 pages of this thread. Late to the party but just got a pro max and now it’s time for cases.
Ive narrowed my choices down, and would like to know how any of these have held up for you after time and also how any of them compare with each other. Also, if there’s something I haven’t considered let me know.

1. Apple leather - probably getting this no matter what.
2. Dbrand grip - seems expensive?
3. Ringke onyx - I have one for my xs max and really like it
4. Tech 21 evo check - are any of the other things tech 21 cases better than this?
5. Rhinoshield solid suit - by far my favorite case for the xs max. Is the new version as good?
6. Ringke fusion- seems like he of the better clear cases I’ve found?

I have a few of those above, or have tried them.

1. Always have a black apple leather on hand. Nice case, but obviously not durable.
2. Love this case, it is my daily case, almost perfect
3. Never tried- love the Sheath, which I personally will always have in my rotation.
4. Was my first case. Very good fit & durability, but the finger prints are a huge turn off to me.
Never tried 5 or 6.

One not on the list that I highly recommend. Caudabe Synthesis.

Just to point out, the Synthesis isn't currently available for the 12 Pro Max (since OP has the 12 PM), but it's coming with MagSafe support soon.

I'll confirm when I get home, but I remember them being the same in terms of thickness, which surprised me. In the past, the Totallee was definitely thinner, but it goes to show that Totallee thickened up their case or Caudabe is making their Sheaths thinner.

I’ve only had two cases on your list.

2. Dbrand Grip - my favorite and my daily driver. After trying a few others, this is the one I’ve settled on and has me coming to this thread less often. Grip is great, skins I can take or leave.

3. Ringke Onyx - great grip and pretty cheap. However I did feel that in a drop the case might come off, compared to others that have a tighter fit. This was my daily driver before the Dbrand.

Recently ordered the Caudabe Sheath and a first time user of the brand/case. And, wow. Love it. I have the PB 12PRO with the black sheath, and i love the contrast black and blue contrast. Also put the sea green on the gold 12PRO and it is beautiful as well. What i love the most about the case is the fit and the feel. I think Caudabe just got itself a customer for life.

I had a quick questions for anyone who may know. I am considering ordering the Navy synthesis as well for my PB 12pro. Does the synthesis case have the same feel as the Sheath? If not, how would you describe the feel? Anyone have a pic of the PB 12pro with the navy synthesis?

I'd like to see photos of your setups. I've been seriously considering getting a Caudabe but beating the fit and finish of my black Apple leather is going to be tough.

I don’t have access to another phone at the moment to take a personal pic but I bought it based off this pic. I love it. It’s slim and protective. Good grip so far, and tight fit. Buttons work perfectly. I have no complaints.

whats your fav set up with the PB? does the grey look any good with it? also, do you have the synthesis case?

Their pictures on their site can be a little bit off from what the color looks like. In sunlight or brighter light indoors, the gray is a very light gray.
I do not have the synthesis case.
ETA: the ocean is my favorite case for my PB 12PM.
