the latest case i got my 12 Pro Max was the Pitaka Air Case... i bought the case because without it my 12 Pro Max camera bump scratches my Xiaomi screen like butter.

I’m considering trying the Smartish Gripmunk now that it has MagSafe. I like my Dbrand Grip, but the port cutout is sharp on the pinky, and the texture really grips my pockets. It pulls the pockets of all my pajamas inside out.

Also happy to see the Sheath has MagSafe now. I’d like to see how the Gripmunk compares to that too.

With the tempered glass protector on the back of my Pro Max, I’ve been using my phone without a case, and I have to say.... I like it! The only issue I have is my pinky finger hurt from the bottom of the phone. Other than that, I like it.

Hmm I never thought of going naked and just putting screen protectors on the front and back. that. That’s an idea….

I’m also going to buy a clear skin to have some protection on the sides. I have 3 camera lens protectors on the back to protect them. That’ll come in handy with the bumper.

Has anyone the white silicone case by Apple?
I got a silver iPhone and I want its white cas me BUT I’m afraid it will turn yellow due to dust, dirt etc.

I had a white Apple Silicone case on my XS Max for a few years and it did not yellow. Stayed white the entire time unless I got it dirty which it wiped clean.

Need some advice - have a project red iPhone and I generally try and find red or clear cases to show off the color. Really want to give the Cyrill leather brick a try and hate black cases. What other colors would red work with? Love the way the beige looks but not sure about that red combo.

This is a fantastic case and you can't go wrong with it. Here is my black with swapped green buttons.

Yup, you are the one who sold me on it! I just can't decide which color (don't love black cases) so trying to figure out what works best with red (and my OCD).
That stone color looks pretty nice.
Think I'll swap back into this case later tonight. ;)

Any recommendations here for front & back screen protectors? Flolab?

I’ve been using these back screen protectors since Monday and they’re okay. Of course they show the fingerprints just like the screen protector, but I can wipe them off.

I’ve been using this brand of tempered glass screen protectors and I like them.

I’ve been using the Rhinoshield Bumper case for about 12 hours and I actually like it. Yes it feels slippery, but with the glass back protector I have, the back of my phone have a grip, and I can show off the color of my phone while having some type of protection. It’s hard to get a photo without a reflection for the back. My camera lens look big because I also have a protector on them that I’ve been using for a few weeks. They do not mess up my pictures or videos in any way.

I have a lot! Lots of silicone cases (cloud blue, pistachio, white) and one black leather case but my favorite cases are from Carved! They make the most beautiful cases I’ve ever seen!

That's the only downside to it. They work just fine but aren't clicky, they're mushy. I like the case enough to overlook it though.
I noticed you liked my carved case (love yours you posted awhile back)

just wanted to let you know they redesigned the buttons. I had the same thing on the earlier carved case I got… more mushy buttons. Now they’re clicky and the best buttons I’ve ever had on a case (similar to Apple leather, nice and tactile!!). If you didn’t know that already I thought I’d pass it along that the buttons are now new and improved and the cases are phenomenal! I literally stalk their site every day! (And I now have three of their “clicky” button style cases).

I'm glad to here they straightened out the buttons on their newer cases. I've got all the cases I'll ever need now lol but I did get a carved live edge back in January that I really like.

Wow that one is fabulous! Does it fit well? I had a few of these for my 11 pro max and half of them were loose on the phone. I have looked at these again but haven’t found one i want yet... also debated having a case again with the bottom cut out (been liking the bottom covered as of late). I’m sure I could talk myself into one of these though!! Yours, again, is stunning!!!

Thanks, it took a few weeks checking the web site all the time to get it. It fits well and very tight no movement of the phone. It’s not the most protective case but I think the phone would make it fine if you drop it, as long as it doesn’t hit the open bottom.

I’ll keep checking… I literally stalk their site several times a day so it shouldn’t be an issue 😂 is it your daily driver? Or do you use it sparingly??

Nice! Yea I’ve noticed in being naked that the back is kinda slippery, except for the Apple logo. It sounds like a good combination you have. I dunno if I’m ready to try Rhinoshield again, but having the tacky back would help.

I’ve been using it exclusively since Thursday morning and I love this combination. It has made me more alert to not drop my phone, and the glass protector on the back makes the bumper less slippery and easier to hold. I don’t know why I didn’t try this combination sooner. I’m going on vacation next week, so we’ll see how it holds up. Plus I can change the color of the guards and buttons.

I dipped my toe into Amazon again.

I messed up my Supcase unicorn beetle pro case by doing the trick to take off the in built screen protector. Problem was that the frame alone when installed started lifting my actual screen protector so I was better off just leaving the in built one on and doubling up when using the case. Sooo I did glue it back on but there are some remnants of glue that even nail varnish remover won’t clear and it just bothered me!

I use this case for walking and holidays so like to have that extra protection.

I have now replaced the black case and bought blue instead, my thought was that the black attracts heat and therefore could cause overheating.

The blue is a more electric blue than I was expecting. It’s nice though and now my OCD isn’t going into overdrive over my daft experiment…
