Well it's begun despite how certain I was that I wouldn't buy cases for this generation.

Spigen Neo Hybrid in Gunmetal coming for my Graphite 12 Pro. I had one for some long past generation that I don't recall and it's just a sharp looking case.

Anybody have this case?

Edited to add there's a Black Friday discount automatically applied that knocked off $10.49 so ended at $25.85. Great deal.

So what’s the best hard clear case that everyone likes here?

Deciding between the Caudabe lucid clear and tech21 evo clear. But the evo clear seems to add a lot of bulk?

Tech21 Evo Check. In love. My favorite color and the perfect amount of grip. For those wanting to get one, do it. Best Buy is having their sale for half on these and it is so worth it.

Is that matte texture on the sides and back? I had one for my X and it was all smooth and glossy, and would get a bit slippery with lotion etc. But if it’s matte now, that could be interesting.

Yeah it’s definitely not smooth and glossy, a bit more plastic-y but easy to hold on to.

I’m going to assume you’re not in the US if that case still cost that much after $10 off. If you are, cancel it and save some money.

Black leather UAG Monarch in today. The case fits the 12PM perfect, feels great in the hand, nice buttons and NO Saggy Bottom  . Don't get me wrong the rubber in that area is soft and flexible but not sagging fresh out of the box. It's overall a fantastic case. Here are a couple pics:

Looks right! Is that case on the heavier side would you say?

I don't know how any of you can use anything else other than a clear case. Totally ruins the design of the phone otherwise. The only one I can slightly understand is leather.

Better the case get scratched than your phone. ;)

This is true, but it was the phone that scratched the case. I can’t figure out how to stop that from happening and getting worse. I change cases about every day so maybe it just isn’t the right case for me even though I really like it.

Unless there is micro debris on the phone that is scratching the soft case when inserting and removing, the phone, in and of itself shouldn’t be scratching the case ( I wouldn’t think).

Another possible Robert theory is that what you are seeing on the case are micro tears within the case material caused by expansion of the case when inserting and removing the phone. Said micro tears can also look like scratches. If that isn’t it, I don’t know. Lol

For anyone interested, Sena is running their Black Friday sale. Use code HOLIYAY40. Total shipped for a 12/12 pro leather toffee case is $28.96 within the States. That’s a pretty good discount.

Edit: Ordered the Sena for the 12. I’m a glutton for punishment and can’t stick to one leather case. Hopefully it’s a bit bulkier than my current Mujjo and doesn’t feel as processed.
Last Sena case i had was faulty, they refunded but i had to send them a photo of it cut in half first lol.
