Update on the new UAG Civilian Magsafe case: Returning it to Amazon. The back of this case literally scratches like butter. I'm very careful with my phones and I have a bunch of scratches on this thing from just taking it in and out of my pocket and placing it on the MagSafe charger. I can't live with that for a $60.00 case. Back in the good ole Ringke Onyx $11.00 case

Damn that is a bummer. I did not realize you had one of these. I would send it back as well. No excuse for a case doing that.

Yep, I like the case but can't deal with the scratches and how slippery it is. Pic below was fresh out of the box (no scratches).

Phone Rebel Gen 3 Frosted case questions: Does the back of the frosted show fingerprints/smudges, scratches or MagSafe ring impression marks?

Tempted to try a frosted with the new buttons

I’m on day 9 with my Bullstrap Ocean case and wow, now that it has some grip it is absolutely perfect.

The only thing I’d change would maybe be closing off the bottom just because of the fingerprints but as far is comfort goes this thing feels great all around.

Wish I had just started here but alas, I’d never know what I like best without going through some (a ton of) options.

Wow the case is £76 in the UK!
That is very expensive for a case! Is the case that good and protective?

It doesnt cover the bottom of the phone which is a must imo especially at that price!
The bottom of my phone is flawless. I’ve also used a Ryan London leather case with an open bottom in the past. Every now and then I’ll wipe fingerprints off the steel.

Seems like a non-issue to me.

Just got this small fry delivered. Pretty cool case that I think I’m going to keep. It’s the pitaka air case for the 13 mini.

Pics taken with my iPad 8.

Looks good man. I dunno how you deal with the mini though.

What shoes you rocking bro? Are they slippers?
Yeah it does take some getting used to.

They’re old Adidas bounce quarter tops that I wear when I leave the house in casual wear. I have a few pairs of Adidas. Not many and I’m no where near calling myself a sneaker head.

I liked that case for my iPhone X, but I’ve always felt it’s a bit too pricey for a super minimal case. Mine eventually lost the matte coating. Definitely well made and it fit great.

Yes it is slippery but I don’t have any scratches yet. But I’ve been in bed a lot because I just had 10 treatments of radiation for my Bone/Blood cancer. That’s back on my spine. Then in a few weeks spinal surgery. I can’t get rid of the cancer it’s been almost 9 years. Of course it’s not curable.

Yea, Cancer sucks big time. You have to just keep fighting. My Mother died from skin cancer and went through pure hell with the radiation, chemo and surgery.

Saw some new breakthrough pills on the news that are supposed to work wonders for cancer patients.

You get the black or green civilian? I did like the case, but the back scratched just putting it on and off of the MagSafe charger.
