got it today. not much time with it yet. here are my initial thoughts.

the case itself is hard plastic, slippery with dry hands. if i pull on the sides or the top there is barely movement. if i pull on the bottom, you can stretch the case. not sure why anybody would do that, but i have read here complaints about that. i assume it’s just like a regular symmetry case. it seems very protective. it’s a clean look.

buttons: great
magsafe: strong and seems like everything will work. i say this because my apple magsafe battery doesn’t work with all magsafe cases. the case has to be thin. it works perfectly with this case.
scratches: i think the back will scratch. i can see under good led lights some minor scratches already.
fingerprints: in one of the photos i can see one. my hands are super dry so it’s hard to tell.
screen protection: nice lip
camera protection: nice lip similar to others. not great but does extend beyond the cameras.
the grip pulls out. it is held by two plastic/hard rubber pieces. they don’t seem to stretch. it is very comfortable to hold, i’m using my index and middle fingers inside. to push back in, a slight push and it pushes in flat. it feels magnetic how it snaps back in, although i don’t think it is.

if you like using a grip, i think you’ll love this case. i’m happy i bought it.

I am extremely interested in this case because of MagSafe, are you able to stand the phone up on its side to watch videos like pop sockets? I am deciding between this case and the pop socket version, I have the MagSafe pop socket attachment but would like a more "permanent" solution.

Same bro. It’s enticing because it’s new and shiny, but I’ve never been a grip kind of guy, and I only have the 6.1 pro, if I had the pro max I would consider more.

no, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work as a stand. i too wish it would. i’m going to experiment more today but yesterday the phone kept falling over.

I got mine today too! Awesome little case and a definite improvement on the previous magsafe popgrip.

No, it won't work as a stand, but search for otterbox "post up for magsafe" for their solution, while pocketable, it still ends up being something you have to remove for charging etc...

That Peak Design case is highly recommended by Google Pixel 7 owners. I think that Nylon fabric back will get too dirty over time and probably be a pain to clean off

Picking Laina up from my local Verizon in a little bit. Figured I’d give it a shot, and if I don’t like it, I’ll return it.

Picked up the otter grip pretty solid case. The fit is better than any OtterBox I’ve tried before, I will Echo someone’s earlier statement that you can definitely see that there might be some scratching on the back.

Edit: after the ride home, the MagSafe strength is very strong, although there are already marks (can be wiped off) on the back

Does it scratch easier than the regular Symmetry case for the 14PM?
