I want this one so much but I’m worried it’s not rigid. I hated how the soft part of otterboxes stretched out.
how does it compare to the Apple leather in terms of fit and do you reckon it’s real leather?
i’ve seen and held it at the Apple store. it’s not a hard case and very bendable. not my ideal protection case.
Is it softer than the apple silicone?
My elderberry has a mark on it already after one day of use already. I never dropped it so I don’t know where that came from :/
Got it on the regular pro version. Seems like a better fit overall. No more raised edges with a screen protector. Even the dreaded pinky soreness (while resting on the bottom) is gone.
Some users are reporting looseness with the camera cut out (mine is fine) though.
tbh it’s def softer. after dropping my 13PM with the chalk silicone case and my screen protector, screen, band, and case cracked, i would think the Figura case to have a bit more protection than Apple silicone case. it wouldn’t crack like the chalk case did.

Same fit as the Apple one. I'm no leather expert but it feels and smells like it. Whether it's the same quality as the stuff Apple use I don't know.
Apple silicone cannot sustain any drops at all without denting / breaking.
This elderberry case is going back. A mark (left of apple logo) and MagSafe ring already showing after a day is not really acceptable.
I’m looking for a hard clear case. The totallee clear cases aren’t hard. Their soft clear case is too bulky for me, so it’s going back.
Apple’s own Clear Case? Still a bit bulky and very stiff material. It mostly cracks. :-(
After having the 14 pro for a day, the weight is really bothersome. Enough to make me not want to buy any case at all. I wish there was a version with the 12 pro camera size & weight along with all the new features. I would hate to go back to my 12Pro, but it was much more comfortable to use. Titanium chassis can’t come soon enough. Do those grips help with the weight?
Try cleaning it, they are inherently less durable than the leather variety. However these are much easier to keep clean.
I need a thin case. I love Caudabe Luicd Clear case but it have the MagSafe circle on the back and I don’t like that so I haven’t bought it. I don’t want anything to cover the Deep Purple.
Nah I tried cleaning already. Water, soapy water, wet wipe etc. it seems it’s been discoloured already
I've noticed the squeaking on several cases I have. All of the ones I ordered, outside of the Apple silicone case, have done it.
For everyone who has used light colored Apple silicone cases over the years, does the dye from your jeans stain the cases? My red leather cases have done that in the past, as have my sport watch bands. Curious if the silicone cases do the same.
Yup, a tank compared to my Mini 13. Was hoping Pitaka kept the Air series going.....
It feels like the stainless steel sides are somehow more grippy than the 13 PM. If they’ve indeed changed the coating or something, maybe the squeakiness is from the steel rather than the cases …?
I have the same case but I’m considering returning it because the fit is so tight, and without any microfiber lining, I worry the case will scratch the heck out of the stainless steel frame. Have you used the mag ez in the past? And if so, does it scratch the finish?
that is unacceptable. i purchased the sunglow case with the matching band. didn’t have any marks. i’m going to try it out on monday for work and if it shows some wear it’s going back.
