What are peoples opinions on these pop socket grab things?
I’ve never tried them, but this weight is getting on my nerves.

I don't find the weight that bad. I mean it does take getting use to but overall not horrible.

Most likely gonna return the Leather case. For some reason not liking the way it feels. Had one for the first time on my 13 Pro loved it but the new one just doesnt feel right. Waiting on my dbrand grip case though
Great photos. I was wondering how colors like this new yellow and succulent look with a deep purple iPhone, I got my answer. 👍

I like how the wallet looks with that clear case. I have been considering the clear case — how does this fit? I tried the Apple clear on my 13PM and it had this annoying squeaking sound when I press certain parts of it (or when I’m typing). Maybe this was a fluke, but otherwise I liked it. Considering this or a few Otterbox clear cases for my 14PM.

John Lewis have the Apple Clear cases on offer. I’ve just ordered one for my pro max for £39.

My second case, knock off silicone from Amazon. so soft and the best knock off aside from apple silicone.

Does it have MagSafe built in?

The one I have does not, but they have some cases with MagSafe available.

Hi everyone,

Any recommendations of cases that are MagSafe compatible but with good grip on the back? I always find, at least with time and suffering with clammy hands, the Apple official cases seem to be slippery.

I picked this up at Best Buy yesterday: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insign...4-and-iphone-13-clear/6509790.p?skuId=6509790. The black bumper and (faux) MagSafe ring look nice on my purple Pro, and it fits well. But the fingerprints! I had a Ringke Fusion with the frosted back on my blue 12 Pro, and find myself wondering if it’s possible to “frost” the Insignia back with a mild abrasive, but it’s not quite cheap enough that I want to experiment with that vs returning it. I also have a Ringke Fusion (no MagSafe, but I don’t even have a MagSafe charger or accessories at this moment, so it doesn’t really matter) on order but do like the black borders on the Insignia better than the clear on the Ringke. Thought about the Spigen UltraHybrid with the black frosted back, but worried that the black will be too dark and obscur the purple.

I also have the Apple leather Ink, which I wish was more obviously purple but it looks good regardless.

The RhinoShield bumper is interesting, but it looks thick/bulky. Maybe it’s just the photos on their site?

I’m thinking that I’ll go back to a neutral black-ish or silver/white next time just to take the “but I want to see the phone color” factor out of this case search equation. First world problems, for sure.

Get a MagSafe pop grip, it’s great and you can take it off when you feel like it. Might take a while to get used to at first though. Plenty of other grip types out there too.

Really want the silicone succulent case but genuinely can’t bring myself to spend £49 on a silicone case.

(And by that, I mean I will eventually give in and order one I just need to have a moan about it first).
Apple cases are worth it tho! That silicone feels buttery smooth, and it has the colorful MagSafe pop up when you put the case on. Plus it has the apple logo!!!

Black sheath here! Some reason the “pinky rest area” on the bottom and some sides feel little rough… maybe getting the midnight apple leather as well. Switch between the two.

I think I’m going to go caseless with my deep purple PM. I might get a case for when I’m doing any outdoor activities. Will probably just get AppleCare+

However, I do think I want a MagSafe wallet. For anyone who has one and the purple phone, can you post a pic of just the phone and wallet with no case?

Thanks in advance!

Can you post pics? Does it add much bulk?

Smartish cases are very grippy. I have a clear one that I bought on Amazon and one that I designed on order from their site.

@chasers So I returned the elderberry and got the Otterbox Figura - The colour is beautiful! Feels nice in the hands and not as delicate as the Apple silicone.

But like you said, it feels loose on the phone and the edges are saggy. You can flip the edges and see the stainless steel band. I thought Otterbox was meant to be protective… I guess this one is going back as well

Ugh that’s disappointing! I love the colours!

I have two custom ones featuring my cats and I love them. I use the phone naked with one on it and even though they say not to use the pop socket on the bare phone (even the MagSafe one) the grip is fantastic.

Found the Spigen slim armor for the 14 Pro Max at the VZW store. $50 in store or $40 online. Had to do an in store pick up when I was there to save the $10.

I just bought the Ink leather case and the buttons are almost impossible to press. They are definitely mushier and more difficult to actuate than the Apple leather cases I have for the 13 Pro Max I still have on hand. Has anyone also found the new Apple leather case buttons harder/mushier to actuate?
